All I can say is Wow! I have never had a haircut where my head was massaged during the shampoo. Heather is UM-AZING! She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and is very flexible with her scheduling. Great location right in the heart of downtown Edmonds. The products she uses smell fabulous. Best haircut I have ever had!

Heather is fantastic! I have been looking for a hairstylist who knows how to cut my naturally curly hair for my entire adult life. Heather gets it and does a great job. She listens to what you want and delivers! She makes you feel like you are her only client. I highly recommend her, especially if you have curls.

Heather is a true gem in the salon world. I have tried multiple salons and stylists in the past and often left feeling unsatisfied and overcharged, with mediocre cuts that I just wait to grow out and try again. Heather is the only stylist I've gone to where I ALWAYS love the cut and styling. I couldn't believe I got such incredible skill for such an affordable price. What's more, I love spending time with her! I used to mildly dread getting haircuts because I'd have to make small talk with the stylist. Now I can't wait to get my hair cut! I always leave feeling better about myself and life in general. What Heather offers her clients is truly marvelous.

I saw Heather for a cut and balayage color. I had a picture of the color that I have used for years, which is copper, and we both agreed to it. I came away the first time with a burgundy tone that I did not like. She agreed to "correct" it. Suffice it to say that I spent 3 hours there for her to fix the initial color and it came out far worse then I started. She proceeded to tell me that I should get a "clarifying" shampoo and wash it at home to help some of the color fade. She also said that she would "try" to correct the "corrected" version of color but could not guarantee the results. I am bewildered by this still. I kindly requested a refund, which she denied because of all of the time and service that she had provided. This turned out to be a horrible experience and the expense is ridiculous considering the end result. Beware....
