My wife saw a car on the website, went down to see it and fell in love with the vehicle. The salesman Christopher Berg was great to work with, he even went to our house to see if it will fit in our garage and I was able to test dive it. Christopher made the whole car buying experience so simple and glad that he was able to make our car buying experience wonderful. Thank you to Christopher Berg and Doug's Lynnwood Mazda!

Diego and Doug's Lynnwood Mazda was top notch! I was looking for a used vehicle and saw one online that interested me. I had others that I was interested in but the one they had fit me best. I told Diego I only was interested in this vehicle. I also explained not to hard sell me, no extended warranty sale, etc. He understood. He was quick to help and quick to have the car ready for the test drive. I moved forward. I had financing already pre-approved but they found me a better rate. The only negative was the financing person was hard selling extended warranties, etc. even when I stressed that I was not interested and would have to end the deal if he continued. But Diego and another sales person (sorry I don't remember his name) were amazing. I highly recommend them. But have your own financing.

Alberto Reyes talks with customers and knows how to build a relationship. Over the years, I have bought three cars from Alberto. I have never sought out and stayed in touch with a salesman before. Sure, in the end, he's a salesman but a very likeable one. All my experiences at Doug's Mazda have been good. I like the service staff too. Acually give me the straight scoop on stuff. Need a car - go see the people at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda. One of the few dealerships that actually have parking spots for customers! Also have some good deals.

I had an amazing experience at Mazda, all thanks to Diego. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the process completely stress-free. Even after buying the car, he continues to check in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I really appreciate. Diego’s genuine care and outstanding service make him truly exceptional. Great experience! Doug’s Mazda was terrific in helping us find exactly the car we wanted (and super happy with our CX-5). Chris Berg was super helpful and nice to work with! He made sure my family and I were taken care of and guided us along the whole process very smoothly. I was extremely fortunate when I stopped by Doug’s on 9/8/2025 and met Sales Representative, Alberto Reyes Cruz. I had been looking for a used Mazda3, 4-door hatchback since January 2025 without a lot of success.
We talked about my wish list and I left a copy with him.
Alberto contacted me on 10/29/2025 to let me know about a 2017 Mazda3, 4-door hatchback, Grand Touring that met all of the wishes on my list plus so many more. This car was loaded with goodies and had been well maintained.
Alberto worked with me to get the car to my mechanics for an inspection. I came to the dealership on 11/1/2025 to meet him and begin the process to purchase this car. His kindness and empathy made me feel like I had a partner in this endeavor, someone who was helping me, not some high pressure salesman just out to make a sale. A few days later he sat in the car with me to review all of the new features I did not have in my previous car.
I would highly recommend Alberto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Doug’s!

I recently purchased a new Mazda from Doug's and I have to say it was the best experience i've had at a dealership. I've bought and traded a lot of vehicles in the past and none have been this smooth. A big shout out and thank you to Diego my sales rep for the excellent customer service. He was awesome! He explained everything about the vehicle i was buying and went over all the purchasing options. I recommend this dealership. Big thanks to Diego and Sage and everyone at Doug's for the great vehicle!
