Edmonds Autobody fixed a dent on my passenger side door (door ding). They did a fantastic job. I can't tell it even happened. Also, they detailed my car. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Edmonds Auto Body is probably the best you’ll find to repair your car and get it looking great again. Good communication, easy to work with, flexible and fast. But above all, they are wizards at coming up with solutions when the work is tricky. I needed some front end repair to an extremely rare car. They had to basically make a part that was unavailable and they did an impeccable job. Their paint work is the best I’ve seen. Thank you again to Larry and the whole crew for the excellent repair!

Communication was top-notch, and the fact that they use email for updates was incredibly convenient. If you like bubble-wrap you will love your paint job. I spent a lot of money for body and paint work, and what I got was a bunch of bubbles in the paint. I was warned by my mechanics. Too bad for me.

Went in on a recommendation to have 2 small vehicle body parts painted. The man just sighed and took down my information. He then grabbed a camera to get a photo of my VIN. As we walked outside he said I guess you can tell I don't want to do this. I siad yes, and you could have just said that from the start. I will find someone else to do the work. The gentleman was very rude and unprofessional. Having worked in Edmonds for over 20 years serving the community, I never expected this from a businessman in a community that is known for being freindy.

The quality of the work was very good, but dealing with the owner was not awesome. As others have reported, he seems like you're taking up his time and that you're an inconvenience. When I said I was using Allstate, he audibly groaned and acted like that was the worst thing ever. He washed my entire car when I picked it up which was nice, but in so doing he dislodged a windshield weather strip that i noticed because of the flapping noise it made when I drove home. Took it right back to him, he said "it was like that when I got it", which was BS because I had never heard that noise before. I'd rather he not wash my car than do it with what I assume was a pressure washer that got under the weatherstrip. Oh, AND it was months before I could get in for the work to be done.

I've been an Edmonds resident for nearly 60 years. I've always tried to support locally owned businesses and I began patronizing Edmonds Autobody when they first opened their doors. Last year I had a minor fender bender in the parking lot of the new Waterfront Center. I took the car to Larry and when I went to pick it up, I discovered that the paint was mismatched, the rocker panel on the drive side was misaligned and loose and the front bumper was misaligned.I took the car back in and spoke to Larry, the owner, who immediately took on a sour attitude. He finally begrudgingly agreed to address the issues. The results are pictured below. Today, I approached him again and he said, "This is not Nordstroms where you can take things back whenever you want". I was naturally disappointed and said that a shop with any integrity would realize their mistake and consider correcting it to be a good investment in his reputation in this small town.Larry replied, "F--- You! Get out of my parking lot! Please do not patronize this schlocky operator. They obviously don't stand behind their work which is, in my opinion, second-rate.Services: Painting

Had a deep scratch on the door of our 2021 CR-V repaired here, they were professional, honest about their repair process, which gave us confidence that the work will be high quality. We went with them even though their quote was higher than the other shops we reached out to. Not only did Edmonds Autobody do a spectacular job with the repair (couldn't tell there was damage at all), they actually charged us less than the quoted price because they didn't end up having to do as much as they originally planned, so we ended up paying only as much as if we had gone with a cheaper shop that likely wouldn't have done as good a job - now that's honesty!Service: Painting
