First off. The communication was great, Natalie kept me informed on the stages of repair and even called to ask if we’re okay because of all the flooding. We live out in Sultan, Washington. There are very few shops around that still make Quality work their biggest priority. Larry at Edmonds Autobody is focused on maintaining the highest quality work possible. I recently had a whole bunch of rocks fly out of a dump truck at my car leaving me with a broken windshield and a badly chipped hood, bumper and fenders, I worked for Larry when I was a kid and I learned what quality Autobody work is at Edmonds Autobody. Larry is the best painter I know. I have worked at a lot of body shops and I knew if I want my car to be fixed to my high standards I need to take it to Edmonds Autobody. I picked up my car today and I am so pleased it looks better than when I bought the car! Also! They polished out a scratch in my steering wheel’s Subaru emblem. Thank you. The attention to detail is awesome. I will always be back when needed. Thanks guys.

I so absolutely recommend Edmonds Autobody. Natalie was professional and very kind throughout the process (she basically held my hand over email), and the work was excellent. The quote was well-itemized and a good price from what I was seeing elsewhere, and the final total was right on the quote, which was a huge relief. And this wasn't a small job either, which to me suggested their level of expertise. Hoping I won't need their services again, but if I ever get into another scrape, I'm definitely coming back here.

I highly recommend Edmonds Autobody. Someone hit my parked car’s bumper and left me with damage control. Excellent service—trustworthy, accurate assessment, stayed within quote, repaired in under estimated time, and even washed my car. Natalie is personable, professional, and went the extra mile with alternate plans for potential hidden damage.

My 2010 Kia Sedona was rear-ended early last year, and the entire bumper area was crushed. After I got estimates, my insurance carrier decided that the car should be totaled, and they wanted to take it from me for book value. This is a 14-year-old car, with only 96,000 miles on it…barely broken in.
I decided to pay for the repairs myself as I did not want to give up the KIA. I went to Edmonds Auto Body for another estimate. The owner, Larry Taylor, thought he could get the insurance company to pay. After several back-and-forths, he got them to agree to the repair. The next problem Larry attacked was trying to find a used bumper assembly. There were no new ones available for such an old car. He finally found a used assembly and had it shipped to Edmonds. I saw it when it arrived: it was in bad shape, and I never thought it would work.
When I went to pick up my car, I noticed a Kia Sedona at the far end of the parking lot. I thought, “Wow, that Kia is in better shape than mine.” Then I realized it was the back end of my KIA. It looked brand new. The rear bumper assembly was beautifully restored and the whole car was cleaned and washed.
Larry was not there when I picked it up, but I thanked his lovely wife, Michelle, who helped me with the paperwork and got me back on the road. More than a year later, it still drives like a new car. What a dedicated family business that is willing to go the extra mile. You will not be sorry if you trust them with your repairs.

Edmonds Autobody fixed a dent on my passenger side door (door ding). They did a fantastic job. I can't tell it even happened. Also, they detailed my car. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Edmonds Auto Body is probably the best you’ll find to repair your car and get it looking great again. Good communication, easy to work with, flexible and fast. But above all, they are wizards at coming up with solutions when the work is tricky. I needed some front end repair to an extremely rare car. They had to basically make a part that was unavailable and they did an impeccable job. Their paint work is the best I’ve seen. Thank you again to Larry and the whole crew for the excellent repair!

If you like bubble-wrap you will love your paint job. I spent a lot of money for body and paint work, and what I got was a bunch of bubbles in the paint. I was warned by my mechanics. Too bad for me.
