I have lived in downtown Edmonds most of my life. I had never been to this little store, which has been here for as long as I can remember. Today, I needed two tiny jars of enamel paint to finish renovating my old lamppost and mailbox. When I did a Google search near me, this store, Michael's and Joann's hobby stores popped up. I always love to buy locally from small businesses whenever I can. I've always been curious about this store and decided to go there first. He had what I needed at a competitive price since he doesn't take plastic cards with substantial overhead costs! The best part of my visit was talking about the owner's history in downtown Edmonds and learning that he knew my brother Clive and my parents, all now deceased! I recommend a visit, even if you don't have a hobby. The owner is a delight and can share Edmonds' history. Precious!

This a classic hobby store with a wonderful owner! Lots of collections and vintage models. Not to big or small as a hobby shop and it’s worth to be there to get to know its history.

This is the place to shop if you want to relive the days of your childhood when a trip to the hobby shop was part of your Saturday routine. The owner is a great guy and the atmosphere is overwhelmingly nostalgic. Also there are some bargains to be had and rare items to be found.

I went in looking for a power pack for my HO scale trains. The owner found me a good one for a reasonable price. I'll go back again!

Rich's hobby shop is the last of its kind in the greater Seattle area and is a delight to visit. The shop is very small and quaint but has a good selection of new and previously used products, including model airplanes and engines, HO and O gauge trains, boats, cars, hobby supplies, model magazines, etc. Every time I visit, I find something interesting to buy. Walking into this little shop is a real nostalgia trip. May it and Rich live long and prosper!

Shop owner is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He is more than willing to provide assistance to locate anything he doesn't have in the shop. I have purchased several kits here and will definately go back to buy more.
