Dr. Fry has a patient and loving approach with our dogs, and we always trust her advice and care philosophy so that our pups can be as happy and healthy as possible. One of our dogs is severely reactive and Edmonds Veterinary Hospital is great at accommodating his needs despite the hassle.

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere even if I had a bad experience. But for the sake of someone else’s animal I will. Very unprofessional staff. The veterinarian here are disrespectful and rude. I would never treat someone that is worrying about their animal the way I was treated here. Super disappointing.

I gave my elderly neighbour & his young Furbaby a ride. They were so sweet there. He liked them so much. Hopefully they won't need to go there very often.

Dr. Bushey is the best! She deeply cares about animals and understands that they are our family members. She's intelligent, thoughtful, pragmatic, and above all trustworthy. Like every form of practice, diagnosis takes time and a discerning mind, and she's wonderful and adept in her field. Thank you so much!

Do not take your dog to this clinic very unprepared and not professional I took my dog less then a month ago because she has been limping anyways she got worse they recommended x-rays of her back legs i asked them to give me an estimate and they send me one quoting $460:00 Today when my son took the dog they said they made a mistake and it was more like $860 they never called the day before to tell me and on on top of it I wanted to get more medication for my dog and they told my son ok and then I just called and they said no because they need to do more blood work because it's been a month and it has not been a month , I'm not sure how they can run a business like this with such a horrible communication. I already made my dog an appointment with another clinic and it's $ 200:00 less for the same service and they explained to detail what they are going to do with my dog. I don't trust Edmonds Veterinary clinic to take care of my dog very rude and misleading not compassionate

Care was fine. I had an adopted/inherited dog who was terrified of the vet. He needed a shot. The tech wanted to take my dog into the back to give him a shot. I asked, since it was a very simple procedure and the dog was terrified to be there anyway and just wanted to be with me if they could do the shot in the exam room. The tech fought me on that pretty hard. Ultimately they agreed and gave my dog the shot, which was as easy and simple as you would expect. But both the tech and the bet were put out and let me know it. There seemed to be lack of concern for my dog’s psychological well being.

I've been going here since 2009 with 5 pets total. They give great care & they're able to get us in quickly too!

They're really empathetic and nice to you. They do a good job at addressing your concerns and providing quality treatment. My dog got a dental and it was amazing quality and cheaper than other places defo reccomend. However recently the only thing I would say is that they charged $25 for an ear cleaning demonstrations and another $25 for a bottle of ear cleaner . We did ask to be shown how to do it but was unaware that the demonstration was going to cost money and that they would charge us for the bottle without asking.

We left this facility in favor of Cascade Pet Hospital and feel very good about the move. Our last interaction last year was when they refused to take our dog’s stool sample for a fecal test when my pup was having diarrhea, and telling me they were short staffed. This didn’t make sense to me because they normally just send the stool sample to the lab.Our ongoing issue with them was that we did not follow ALL of their recommendations. We also consulted with a holistic vet and used our best judgment deciding which treatment to use for our pet. We found that multiple antibiotics they prescribed earlier were not effective and the infection would come back. Our decision to try more holistic approaches infuriated some of them. One of their doctors canceled our appointment with her because we earlier did not agree with her yet another antibiotic recommendation. She expressed it to us directly through the receptionist. So considering this, we believe that their refusal to provide service to us was caused by their outrage about our ‘disrespectful’ attitude to their recommendations. We consider this behavior unprofessional deserving 2 stars at the most.

We love Edmonds Vet Hospital. They have taken care of 3 dogs for us and we have trusted them with our furry friends for over 20 years. Enough said.

THEY KILLED MY DOG!!!! We took in our sweet Charlie and they overdosed her on propofol! Terrible doctor and awful staff. Do not, do not, do not, take your pet here or they could kill it. And to top it all off, they asked that we pay for the CPR they did to save her from their wrongful overdosing.

Amazing group of professionals. I took my kitty in for tooth surgery, and they had him in and out in less than 3 hours. They've been super patient with my boy, even though he's extremely skittish. They've given amazing food recommendations, and are always happy to see us when we come in!

The staff are all extremely helpful and caring, including the reception/admins. They pay attention and remember things about thwir customers and naturally make effort. They do their best successfully to get you an appointment when you need one. Dr. Fry performed a physical exam of my 4 year old golden retriever when she was sick and was able to identify that her lymph nodes were inflamed, even though it didn't seem relevant. She made the decision to biopsy to be safe and ended up saving my girl's life, as although she was very young, she was positive for Lymphoma and wouldn't have made it if we hadn't caught it and started chemo right away with an Oncologist. Highly recommend this vet office and am so happy to have a reliable and trustworthy vet for my babies. Thank you!
