Factory direct tire/ cascade wheel came to the rescue, fixed our rim and got us back on the road in record time! Very pleasant folks.

On October 11, I brought in my 2013 BMW that was wobbling all over the place and come to find out that I had four bent wheels. Well I bought four brand new STR racing wheels that had a M logo on it which I assumed was for a BMW And I bought them there for $1000. They put my old wheels on it and about two days later, the car is wobbling again, brought it in. They said oh it’s probably something like your axle or something like that and no it wasn’t then they said come back when we’re not as busy Come to find out they put the wrong size hubcentric ring on my wheels and I was forced to tighten the lug nuts past spec just so I can drive to the store or to work. Brought it back and They acknowledge that they put the wrong rings on it and what did they do? They said put tape around it. They never got me my new rings still and then when they took my wheels off and put them back on they stripped the lug nut out cause I went there the next day and they took the wheels off again and then they said it was my fault and sent me off with four lug nuts instead of five and said oh you gotta buy a new hub ! so now I can’t even drive my car. I’ve missed multiple days of work and they are not honoring the screwup not only did they send me out with a safety liability but now my wheels in the front are bent brand new just got them October 11 and my bearings and my wheel hubs are completely destroyed And they have done nothing to contact me or fix it or make it right not to mention when they rebalance my tires, they left all the sticky shit on there and put some stuff on there that totally ruined the white on my wheels so now I have ruined brand new wheels only a month old And ruined bearings ruined hubs can’t drive my car and no phone call or anything to fix it. they just shoo me off like it was all my fault.

I purchased Falcon Tires in June of 2024 I live in Seattle these are absolutely the worst tires in rain and I've only got 4,000 miles on them last Saturday I replaced them with Goodyear eagles super happy with the good years and we've had rain all week

I purchased 4 new tires for my Toyota Prius in November 2024. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, informative, and friendly. The service was quick. Just went back one year later for a free tire location, which again was alap efficient (I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes). I would recommend Factory Direct Tire Sales.
