Love Harry and his staff! Definitely a much more personable experience than any big box pharmacy. I have also never ran into any sort of “out of stock” issues as they make sure they have the meds their patients need.

Absolute ripoff, they markup prescriptions. It should be a certain cost then they manually add in additional money on top of what it should be. Beware.

Poor customer service; staff has repeatedly presented problems no other pharmacy runs into. This locations staff are condescending and unprofessional pharmacists who are too busy to be helpful, or admit they have made mistakes. Safeways pharmacy has no issue trouble shooting and problem solving if on a rare occasion there is a discrepancy, so despite having to travel further, I’d rather have a helpful care team. Some of the staff are clearly functioning on prejudice and assumptions. Hopefully they have a turn over or some training on patient sensitivity, virgina mason itself has wonderful doctors, nurses and staff, just not their Edmonds “family” pharmacyRe:The lack of accountability is clear, the insurance I have is wonderful and covers everything I need. I’ve already moved pharmacies, after countless attempts to work with your staff, and immediate received all my needed meds with no issue with coverage. I’m leaving a review for potential patrons, who don’t want to deal with combative and unprofessional pharmacists. You are not better than most chain pharmacy’s if you can’t fill a simple prescription from your own affiliates. My meds are in fact very simple to acquire and was no problem for Safeway to fill. This pharmacy has no idea how to function with grace. Would rather sell you a name brand medication than enter in your insurance information correctly.

Excellent customer service, I have all my prescriptions transferred here, so great to have a pharmacy that can give personal service, no more using rite aid, cvs, Walgreens, ps the prices here are lower and they are faster and more accurate with your refills.

I love this pharmacy! Such nice people! It's so easy to find parking and very seldom do you have more than one person ahead of you if any. They are very willing to help you find the medication you need even if they have to order it.

I was searching for a generic manufacturer for my medication that no longer existed and I called five other pharmacies before I called this one. The pharmacist I spoke with found out which company had bought my old generic manufacturer, helped me choose which generic would likely agree with me best to try next, and then special ordered it for me. I’m so thankful. Better service than I could have possibly hoped for!!

This is a awesome pharmacy.!They are helpful and very knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to come in and get my meds every month, as the are very kind and friendly people. I switched over my prescriptions from Rite Aid to Family Pharmacy based upon the exceptional customer service I saw my mother receiving whenever I took her to Family Pharmacy for a pickup. The pharmacist and entire staff were courteous, helpful and made such an impression on me that I decided to transfer all of my prescriptions to Family Pharmacy as well. In a time when excellent customer service is more the exception that the rule, I really think this is a hidden gem at the Walk-In Clinic in Edmonds. I am glad to give them my business.
