Donation line constantly closed, they also don't accept furniture even if it's in great condition, shame...

the prices here leave something to be desired, but seeing as it’s in Edmonds, it’s understandable. the workers are very nice here and make it worthwhile. and a nice selection of clothes too :)

Very sad to see how goodwill is really overcharging people, specifically at this location.

Items here are priced much higher than similar brands/items at neighboring shoreline and Lynnwood goodwill stores.

Best Goodwill I have been to, I went last night and I was treated the way a customer should be. Lovely staff and amazing selection. Keep up the good work!

So over priced I found items you can find at Tjmaxx for the same price Brand New! This is really sad would definitely Not Recommend. Might as well go buy these items brand new cuz at least you can return your items back to your original payment method. Also they are pricing things from the dollar store more than the dollar tree wth ?

Wow. Came in and found a sweater covered in menstrual pads. Turned the corner to see a woman changing her baby's diaper on the seating in the shoe department. Avoid this place and don't sit on anything.

2 stars because the selection is pretty good. The pictures below show retailers “sale” prices and the inventory is not inspected as well as it should be. $60 brand name coats! Truly high price, and a disservice to the community. For a pretend charity, not so very charitable.

Gotten way too big for their britches! Inspecting all furniture before drop off, will just take to Deseret they don’t question! A lot of people can still use even if not perfect!

Violation of rights! Employees are restricted from speaking their native languages. Mikayla allowed this to happen. Employees are treated as a number by Mikayla and she is royalty in her new role.

I tried again just to see if they would have the donations open at 1:40pm on a Tuesday. The donation drop off had the closed sign up again but there were several workers outside so I asked where I should put my carload of donations and he pointed to the front door and said to put it in the bin. The bin wasn't outside but inside the door so I basically had to put my bags of donations in the exact same type of bin, inside the store but couldn't use the donation drop off with exactly the same type of bins...

I went to donate a few things last Friday, and everything was fine, but the attitude of the guy with the glasses was horrible. I understand when people have bad days or problems, but at least try to be nice or act like you don't hate people.

This location needs to work on cashier training. I had a goodwill points card and the woman checking me said they don't accept them and the guy next to her said it wasn't the same company. What? Not so friendly service either.
