Visited twice and found my dream dress. Everything is perfectly fitted and choices of dresses are within my budget. They also have really cute bridal jewelry and accessories for matching. Recommend!

Amazing appointment! Nadine and Janice were so wonderful and patient. They understood the assignment and I'm very happy. Would highly recommend for all occasions, not just bridal.

I visited Idina Bride twice and unfortunately had a bad experience both times. My first appointment, the sales associate (Savannah) was explaining the ordering process and said "Once we get the dress in, and you start working out to lose weight, we can also have it altered." ....Not a great start haha....the remainder of the appointment just felt disingenuous and uncomfortable. I decided to give Idina another chance and scheduled a 2nd appointment for a reception dress. Coincidentally, I was nervous to find out that I had the same sales associate. After 20 minutes, Savannah tells me that she has to go help another bride, leaving me in a dress. Over half of the appointment, which I paid for, I did not have a sales associate and I was stuck in a dress. As I was leaving, I requested a refund on my appointment fee considering I didn't have any help. The manager promised that I would receive a refund and would send a quote for a dress that I liked. Thankfully I received the refund, however it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received the quote for the dress I liked. Overall this was the most disappointing bridal experience I've had. Thankfully, I really enjoyed my appointments at Dress Theory and Lovely Bride and encourage others to seek out better customer service at other salons.

Definitely shop elsewhere.
You need to understand that they do not take returns.
Your experience will be much better at Nordstrom.

Anna was the best and gave me a super thorough dress fitting experience with loads of different styles and designers and she was super adaptive about my requests and observations which made the whole experience extremely pleasant and positive. They carry a lot of lovely designers and gowns and I highly recommend calling on Anna for all your style questions for finding the dress!

Loved the experience! Anna took her time finding options for me, honed in on my exact style when I didn’t have the words to fully describe it, and helped me find the perfect rehearsal dress! Their selection includes both Nadia and other designers, so there are a ton of beautiful options.

My sister was very clear about what she did not want to try on for her body type and the reservations she had about dress shopping and body image, and asked the attendant to be sensitive to this. She was brought dresses that were specifically in line with the criteria she asked to avoid (clinging fabrics, traditional bridal when she asked to try colorful evening wear, snug fit and flare dresses, very revealing when she asked for modesty) and was asked to try on dresses that were much, much to small for her and reduced her to tears. She gave firm budget of $2000 twice during the appointment, and said that she did not want to see anything above that because it could lead to her being disappointed, and the attendant asked her to try on a $5,000 gown. Our stylist left for 10 minutes of the 60 minute appointment we paid for her time for, and I helped my sister in or out of the gowns the stylist had selected unless another stylist saw and ran in to help. When I asked for a refund for the $35 given the circumstances above, the employee I asked for help talked over me and argued with me. We had received specific feedback from other brides and people in the wedding industry to avoid this studio, citing a lack of pricing transparency and other misleading sales practices, but because my sister wanted to see their evening wear as a bridal alternative option, we were hopeful if we were clear about our budget this could be avoided. Instead, I recommend a&bé bridal, I Do Bridal, Blue Sky Bridal, and BHLDN — we had great experiences at these locations.

Wow!! Salena was incredible. We had an issue with my daughter’s original dress for her wedding in August. I called Idina and spoke with Salena who met with us the next day. Within a few minutes of talking with Salena after we arrived, she somehow knew exactly what Katy needed! We purchased THE dress off the rack that day and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! The whole experience was amazing! We especially love that her dress is Idina's own label. ?

Did not love my exeprience here. It was my first time trying on gowns and was a very uncomfortable. I made an appointment and went in by myself. The associate (Selena) was very helpful and was mainly in charge of my appointment, but the other woman working with her (I think it was owner, Nadine) was very pushy and kept interjecting into our appointment. Should be noted that this review is solely based on how Nadine treated me, not Selena. A few things Nadine did really made my experience a very negative one:
1. Although my appointment was in March and I did NOT want a custom gown, Nadine immediately told me my wedding in December timeline was "tight" and "probably not possible" before I even tried my first dress on. It should be noted that when you make an appointment, you fill out when your wedding is. If my timeline did not suit the business' timeline, then I would have appreciated a call witht he concern prior to the appointment. I believe this was really an attempt at creating a false sense of urgency.
2. Nadine kept popping in and out of my dressing room even though she was helping another bride during the same time, suggesting dresses I had absolutely no interest in trying on. She kept pushing a style that I corrected her multiple times saying I did not like. She continuously pushed the style of dress (poofy ball gown - she was insisiting every for fitting dress I tried on should have an ugly tool overlay over it) and veil (a cheap pearl veil that looked like it was from the dollar store). Poor Selena would put me in a style I liked only to have me stand on the floor and have her come over immediately with these items after I repeatively said no.
3. There was one dress that Selena was having issues zipping and I think Nadine hear us chatting about it, burst into the dressing room (while I was half dressed) and said "that dress will NEVER fit her. You'll need at least two sizes bigger and we definitely dont have that". Extremely rude and beyond inappropriate.
The last few points are not completely related to Nadine, but I recieved multiple calls the day of saying that they would not have the proper staffing and wanted to move my appointment, even tho I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. I was open to being flexible at the time and they did eventually end up accomodating my original appointment, but since I have now shopped around I realize this is a completely unprofessional request. The store in UVillage is also dated and not very well kept, although they do have beautiful dresses. It was also a little unnerving showing up to my appointment early only to have to wait because there was a group of teenagers prom appointment running over.
While Selena was very nice and we definitely vibed, Nadia made me so uncomfortable that I cancelled my follow up appointment and was afriad to go back. I ultimately decided I do not want to give this store any of my business based on how I was treated. I was not going to leave any reviews because I did really appreciate Selena, but I got an email this morning asking me to write a review (addressed to "Hi %NAME%," - how personal!) so here we are!
TLDR: I'm sure they have some beautiful dresses, but unless you have the exact same taste as the owner and are a body size she deems respectable, just go somewhere else. $35 is not worth you mental health and friday afternoon.
