Infinity Mortgage Group or its paid representatives have been calling my cellphone at least once a day for the past week.
If I answer, they tell me they're with the VA. When I question that statement, they admit they're with Infinity One (part of Infinity Mortgage Group) and calling about my VA Home Loan, which they claim the VA told them about. Of course, I don't have a VA home loan, so the VA couldn't have told them about it.
To top it all off, my cellphone is on the Do Not Call Registry (I just verified it).
So, to recap: they claim to be with a federal agency when they're not, and they claim the VA gave them my info which it didn't, and they're violating the Do Not Call Registry.
Why would anyone do business with them??

Mike, Nerissa, and team are all amazing! As first time buyers, we were unsure of where to start and what's involved with the mortgage process. Every step of the way they were to answer questions, make sure we understood what was happening/needed, and made the process very easy to navigate. I never knew a Mortgage Broker existed. My good friend recommended Mike Young and his team. What a game changer. Mike and his team made the process so easy for me. After a very rough year, they looked at my situation and said there shouldn't be any issues. Mike was right, no issues, I had no worries during the process. Any questions I had, I called Mike, and he would always pick up the phone. I would highly recommend Mike for any Mortgage needs.

The experience that I had working with Michael Young was phenomenal. I really appreciated that he was an active listener. I am persuaded that it is a crucial quality for working with any professional, especially for something as serious as a refinance. It was also very meaningful that he went above and beyond to provide me with varying loan estimates rather than the one that would benefit him the most. While more can be said, if you are looking for a broker that is really looking out for you and how they can help you achieve your goals and have a sincere desire to help you, he is the man for the job.

Our first home purchase was so easy with Alex at Infinity. We got a better rate than I imagined possible. Its been 6 Months and Alex still keeps in contact with us making sure were happy. That's good business and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

We are first time home owners in part thanks to Alex! The Seattle real estate market is intimidating to begin with, but Alex explains the mechanics of mortgages in a way that makes sense. You can ask anything you want and he’ll explain it without going overboard with jargon. Alex is knowledgeable and approachable and wants you to feel informed. As interest rates changed and our purchasing power fluctuated, Alex kept us in the know with revised calculations so we didn’t have to wonder how much house was too much or if we could go bigger. Not once did we have to follow up with him - He was always one step ahead and made the process so so smooth. The only issue we had with our new house wasn’t negotiating, closing or any of the paperwork - it was the couch being too big for the entry staircase. Having the right people matters. We consider him a good friend and can’t recommend him enough!!
