We are first time home owners in part thanks to Alex! The Seattle real estate market is intimidating to begin with, but Alex explains the mechanics of mortgages in a way that makes sense. You can ask anything you want and he’ll explain it without going overboard with jargon. Alex is knowledgeable and approachable and wants you to feel informed. As interest rates changed and our purchasing power fluctuated, Alex kept us in the know with revised calculations so we didn’t have to wonder how much house was too much or if we could go bigger. Not once did we have to follow up with him - He was always one step ahead and made the process so so smooth. The only issue we had with our new house wasn’t negotiating, closing or any of the paperwork - it was the couch being too big for the entry staircase. Having the right people matters. We consider him a good friend and can’t recommend him enough!!

Michael (Mike) Young was awesome to work with. He helped us secure a great rate and helped ensure the process moved along without any hiccups. Honestly, this market is so stressful, but with Mike, he made it seamless. I originally found Michael a few years ago through an online rate quote, and his quote was the lowest of the 4-5 that I got. Then his service was outstanding, answering all of my questions over the phone patiently, with no pressure or sales pitch. Once he understood my purpose for refinancing(which is to get the lowest rate possible and pay off the mortgage debt as fast as possible) then he was able to steer any decisions between rates for what worked best for us without over-extending. He has a patient demeanor that rubs off-- nothing needs to be rushed and it's all smooth sailing.Since then I had called or emailed a few times seeking better rates as Covid hit and rates dropped. We refinanced again down to a 15 year @2.5% and I was pumped. And just now(Sept 2021) we closed again on another 15-year @1.875%!This latest refi was because Michael's team reached out to me when he saw low rates. I really appreciate that, as this refinance will save us a bunch more than we already saved with them last time.I'm allergic to debt and it feels so good to get out from under it faster and keep more money for our family. Every cent not paid to interest is a win!Oh and I also have to say that every time I've shopped around, his rates are still the lowest I can find. Absolutely 5 stars!

Working with Aidan was an absolute pleasure. The process was a little clunky in the beginning but he was adamant about helping us figure out the credit hiccups we were seeing on one of our scores. He didn’t stop until we got to the bottom of it, which we truly appreciate. Once we were approved, he continued to be extremely responsive (even on weekends!) and supported us every step of the way until our closing was complete.We would recommend working with him to anyone looking for a home loan. I was hesitant to go through Infinity Mortgage. But, looking back my biggest regret was not finding them sooner. We originally found them because we were wanting to refinance our house. Aidan found us a great deal that we couldn't pass up. Their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Everyone that I spoke with at Infinity Mortgage Group went above and beyond the call of duty....which is rare to find! We had such a great experience that we also refinanced our rental property. I called several companies to see if we could find a better interest rate. All of the companies I called said it was impossible to find a better interest rate. Well, Aidan found us an incredible deal. Being an investment property, the process was more complicated. Again, Aidan and his team were very helpful with all of our questions throughout the process. I highly recommend Infinity Mortgage Group.
