Interstate Insurance Agency in Shoreline with Mr. Rousey and his assistant Camra have been my agents for Pemco for the past 10 plus years. Mr. Rousey has found significant extra savings on my policy which headquarter Pemco hadn't found for YEARS; he successfully ntervened when Lynnwood Enterprise tried to make me pay a fraudulent damage claim on the rental car; and, when my car was broken into and with another accident, he suggested an excellent/affordable car repair company nearby. But what really has welded me to this agent was the $15 loan from Camra, his assistant, to purchase a temporary license so I could rent a car (sadly from Enterprise). Until I went to Interstate, I was dealing directly with Pemco---now, that's an entire different universe---antiquated billing (kept $230 overpayment but returned $50--and Mr. Rousey went to bat for me again and got my money) and a couple of very lazy claim adjusters. BUT, with INTERSTATE, what's there NOT to engender loyalty, trust and just plain ol' good-will. For Interstate, the customer really counts. For PEMCO---well, if it weren't for Interstate, I'd have fled Pemco LONNNGGG ago, even with their somewhat superior senior rates.

I was on a mission - to find a new insurance company because my rates kept creeping up for no reason and my insurance broker (for 20 year) couldn't explain why. I spent several days comparing companies, rates, policies, and brokers. Then a friend suggested I call John Rousey with Interstate Insurance. He not only saved me over $1,500 a year, but increased my coverage for my home, my cars (2 kids), and added an umbrella policy with Pemco. Pretty unbelievable. He is always available to answer questions and really cares about who he insures. He also has a cool new insurance - for your home's water and sewer line. For $8 a month I am assured that if my 50 year old water/sewer lines break, I won't go broke. Call him. Insurance can make you happy!
