The therapists are personable, well-educated, and use their expertise to individualize each patient's treatment. They listen to comments about pain and concerns, explain the process, and adjust the treatment to accommodate the patient. They are very engaged in rehabilitation, offering encouragement and doable exercises. They challenge patients to just the right level to help them reach their goals and provide exercises to continue at home. The clinic also offers flexible scheduling and the ability to reserve a time online, with minimal waits. They interact with physicians as necessary. Located in beautiful Edmonds, the clinic is highly recommended as an excellent choice for physical therapy.
Ms. Webb is personable and professional. She listened and answered questions about my problem and then explained the process and worked with me to working toward a reasonable outcome.

I recommend IRG! Phil’s evaluation and plan set for my PT was great and he is very engaged in my rehabilitation! Ben also is very encouraging and based on my ailments that day would come up with doable exercises. This will be my new go to urgent care and walk-in clinic. I’ve been treated very well and had minimal waits whenever I needed to visit. The staff has been very kind and compassionate, not to mention very helpful. And the fact that I can reserve a time online is a bonus.
