I brought my dog in here for the first time today! Everyone was so nice to my dog, greeted him, made him feel comfortable. He was very nervous and the vet recommended that we make today a "happy visit" instead of pushing him to do vaccinations because he was so nervous. I really appreciated that and it shows that they care more about the animals than they do making them feel uncomfortable. 10/10!

I've taken my pet to Woodhaven since the '80s I love the personal attention they give and the quality of the beterinarians and staff. They call me with updates ehen my cat has surgery; They keep excellant records, and provide a wider range of services than most other veterinary clinics I've visited. Knowledgable, professional, and always concern for me and my pet.

Woodhaven has given my pup Ace the best care by far over any other clinic. My pup had some health issues in his first few months, and they were always willing to help and see him on the same day. I discovered them because my pup had an incident requiring immediate care - I barged into their office very distressed and they took him back for an exam, no questions asked, and were very good at deescalating the situation. They have answered so many of my questions over the phone over the years and follow up consistently to see how Ace is doing. The staff remembers us whenever we walk in and you genuinely feel like they care. They are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get pet care!

In the land of small animals we had as pets when I was growing up, the cats and dogs came here to Woodhaven Veterinary Clinic for their check-ups, vaccinations, and other medical treatments, including things such as teeth cleanings. The cats, if not excited, would hiss and meow on the car ride to the office. The dogs would tremble all the way, trying to crawl up onto the car seats. Once to the parking lot, they might refuse to get out of the car and/or try and pull out of their collar as we made our way to the entrance. Once inside, there was a front desk where we checked in for the appointment and then went to one of two waiting areas (one for cats and one for dogs) for whichever pet we were bringing in. Being called back, if it was a weigh-in day the pet would go on the scale, have its weight taken, and then we would make our way to the exam room. The interior of the rooms were a good size for our smaller animals and were equipped with chairs, which was nice if the veterinarian was not immediately in. Summarizing our experiences here for the over ten years we came here, the workers were on the whole friendly and clear in their communication. Sometimes there could be a little bit of a wait after checking in or in the exam room, but it was not too frequent. One of the aspects we enjoyed was separate doors for entering and exiting the building, less chances for different pets to get into it with each other.

I have been at various vets around the Edmonds area but when my pup was diagnosed with Addison's disease, I knew I had to be somewhere that would be able to treat him well for the long term. Woodhaven has been a God send! I see Dr Creason and truly I have never imagined a better veterinarian. we get injections every four weeks and so we have seen nearly every technician and every front desk person and everyone is supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall lovely! thank you WOODHAVEN!

A huge, warm THANK YOU to the wonderful, caring staff at Woodhaven! My dog had to go to the emergency clinic over the weekend for a severe urinary infection and was also diagnosed with bladder stones. She was sent home with several medications and we struggled to get her to take any of them. During all this, I came to learn that her vet had left the clinic where she had been going for years, and unhappy with the current state of things there, realized I needed to find a new place for her care asap. After doing some online research, I called Woodhaven and spoke to Nelda. She was beyond amazing, so kind and gracious! She thoroughly listened and immediately understood our needs and sprang to action. She got us a next day appointment and I was extremely pleased with the visit. Dr. Weeks and her assistant where kind, gentle, understanding and thorough. They took the time to get to know Mia, reviewed her medical information, and addressed all my concerns with sound advice and excellent treatment. At checkout, Nelda again provided amazing and compassionate service. I was thoroughly pleased from beginning to end. I am so very thankful that I found you, Woodhaven! THANK YOU for taking care of my little angel.

I have been taking most of my pets to Woodhaven since early 2010's and let me tell you they staff (from vets to clinic managers, vet techs & nurses and welcome desk) have been tremendously supportive of caring for my animals. Because of Woodhaven, I believe my beloved dog who passed in 2017, lived to a ripe old age of almost 17 yrs old even with plethora of serious health issues (blind, deaf, chronic leukemia and IBD). Dr. Endicott took such good care of him until the very end. We miss having him there for his acupuncture treatment for his arthritis! After over 5 years of mourning the passing of our little dude, we decided to adopt a Jindo rescue from S. Korea with an enormous hurdle to overcome from PTSD. She's difficult to not only bring into the clinic, but calming her down has been a daunting task for everyone involved. After a few visits, we were established with Dr. Allen and I cannot emphasize the level of compassion and professionalism Dr. Allen has. I don't know how, but she her assistance Megan took full control of this unpleasant situation and calmly commanded the visit without sending my dog into panic. You know you have a good team to support a dog like mine who is so high strung they are quickly able to keep her calm under such pressure. I just recently found out that Woodhaven now takes CareCredit which is a HUGE relief to me. I've read that someone wasn't happy w/ how treatment option was not presented in a proper manner but I can't agree with this. Diagnosis and treatment options are ALWAYS fully explained prior to proceeding. My experience is that Woodhaven has always been transparent about these and you, as a pet parent have the ultimate final say in what/how it's done. Only thing I will say about this is that as with most vet clinics around the area, I wish more vets would take direct pay from my pets insurance companies so we as pet parents don't have to deal with such high upfront costs for a major procedure. In any case, I would like to give a huge shout out to everyone for being so patient with Yuna and putting up with her all these months - ESPECIALLY Dr. Allen and Megan for the most (somewhat) pleasant and uneventful visit to date!

I've had pets for 20+ years and never felt more welcomed and cared for. This clinic has been so kind and compassionate with me and my dog. At appointments the Doctors and Staff take the time to actually look you in the eye when communicating, instead of making you feel rushed and staring at a computer screen. The administrative team is just as wonderful. They do the best they can to accommodate you and get your pets taken care of. I especially appreciate their ongoing awareness of the pandemic and continuing to provide and wear masks.

Started going here when we moved to Edmonds 5 years ago. My dog was healthy in Seattle but since switching to Woodhaven he's been diagnosed with health concerns that requires expensive imaging and testing. He was diagnosed with a very minor heart murmur, at the visit the vet asked for the help of 2 other vets to locate and confirm if there was a murmur. Everyone said, barely, it's a very minor murmur. At the time it was a stretch to afford their imaging fees which I explained to them and Instead of giving more affordable options or a payment plan, Woodhaven kept calling and harassing that I get the heart imaging done. Again, all this for a very small heart murmur that may or may not be there. I had a second opinion at another vet where costs were more reasonable and they weren't concerned about his minor heart murmur. Said it was barely there and said they'll just watch it. He's been fine ever since. Out of convenience and because Woodhaven had been highly recommended I decided to give them a second go. Upon this visit I'm pressured into a series of test because when asked if I've seen signs aging, I casually mention I noticed he gets more tired on walks, pants, and notice he drinks more water. Said I wasn't worried, but Dr. Baker convinced me I should be worried be cause he's SO old. (He's 9) The $167 usual exam cost was now $465 with no warning of testing costs. The doctor and vet assistant gave me NO time to make any decisions before they were taking my dog back to run tests. The office responded that it's my fault and I should've asked for pricing. I appreciate them being so thorough, but don't assume everyone can afford a $500 vet appointment like it's no big deal. Let them know the costs. We're coming out of a pandemic and into a recession, be kind to your clients! Lastly, they're really pushy about putting your dog on a GRAIN exclusive diet. I believe in a more balanced diet for my dog and they didn't like that. Every visit they blamed his murmer, dry skin, dry noes, ect. on the fact he eats a grain free kibble and chicken.

My dog has been a patient since 2015, I've moved to Bellevue, then Bothell, and never once considered switching vets! They are there for my dog whether it's a wellness check or some other issue. They always call back, never leave us hanging, and handled the pandemic in the safest way possible. I'm so grateful a friend recommended them when I was new to the PNW. My dog loves coming in the building, she's so happy to say "hello" to the staff, they are so nice and caring!

Truly excellent. Compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I always feel like my dogs are being given the absolute best care, but I'm given plenty of options and never feel like I'm getting worked for extra tests. This is the first vet I've been to where literally every aspect of their service is consistently excellent and compassionate. Really comfortable here. Shout out to front of house staff, you guys are always so sweet and professional.

I think I have reviewed these guys before but here is another good one! I couldn't find anything negative to say about this office. Every single person I have encountered here is professional, kind, intelligent and organized. I moved to the Renton area and I still take my dog here. He has had emergencies come up and they are often able to see him the same or next day. I hear stories about other vets and it just makes me appreciate these folks even more! Love them!

We have been taking our cats to Woodhaven since they were kittens and we love this clinic! We have seen both Dr. Brudvik and Dr. Allen and both are wonderful. We really trust the vets' advice and all of the staff there are caring and knowledgeable. The clinic is beautiful and extremely clean. Although we have moved out of Edmonds, we still opt to drive to Woodhaven. Highly recommend!

Thsi place is very caring, and very accomodating. Love my vet Dr.Allen. She gives me advice, websites with information I need, and home made remedies to solve problems. Couldn't ask for a better veteranarian. But the whole place is just awesome and clean too!!!
