The management and staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They always provide excellent customer service and make me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this branch in Edmonds.

Frustratingly slow. I wait and wait and eventually leave. A lot of chatting or are on phone. It is so close to home, I give it another try but same snail’s pace.
