just horrible service. Everyone was very nice but the lady doing my nails was very rude when i told her she was not doing what i was asking for. And no not in a spoiled brat type of way. I wanted a french tip. The polish was so streaky and see through. There was a thick line between the base coat and the tip. Mind you i didn’t even get a base coat. She painted the white tip first then tried to fill in the bed with a nude and completely messed up the already botched tips. she drilled my cuticles back so bad it’s puffy now days later and my boyfriend has open wounds cause she clipped his skin off his finger while cutting his cuticles. I had her wipe off all of it and just give me a nude. She told me i didn’t have to pay for the white tip anymore but i was still charged for it. Service was just horrible. i will not be returning ever lmao.

I haven’t been to a nail salon in 2+ years and came here on a Monday by appointment and it was almost empty. I paid $74 for a gel pedicure (includes $20 tip). I kid you not, within 2 days, every nail except the big toe popped right off. The big toes soon followed less than a week. They definitely didn’t cure the nails long enough, and rushed my service which is very disappointing. I never leave bad reviews, but I would not recommend. :(

I made an appointment at 5:15 for a Friday afternoon. I chose that time because I HAD TO LEAVE at 6:15 for a staff meeting.
I was assured that the spa pedicure would take 50 minutes.
I watched as the owner wrote my name and phone number down in a note book. Not a calendar, not a scheduler, not a computer. On a page of a notebook.
It said Friday 5:15 and my phone number
I received a reminder text that I had an apt at 5:15. So I know they knew.
I arrived at 5:14 and all techs were busy. I wondered if they had someone in the back preparing for my scheduled apt. I picked my color and was seated on the bench.
After a significant wait, I decided I would leave if my pedicure didn’t start by 5:30
Water was put into the foot bath and I settled in. Tech returned to another customer.
It was AFTER 5:40 by the time someone began to remove my polish.
I honestly should have left because I was stressed the WHOLE time.
Angry that I had made an apt that was completely ignored by staff. Angry that I couldn’t relax and enjoy the pedicure.
And when I wrote a message to show the owner she insisted that I DIDNT have an appointment. I assured her that I did and told her it was written in the note book, by her, literally the day before.
She then began to give me excuses about why I had to wait. “It gets busy at weekends, they had a lot of customers” etc.
I told her that she exact REASON I had made an appointment. To ensure that I didn’t have to wait. That’s the point of booking in advance
Arguing with her was making me MORE late so I left.
This place is usually so good and so relaxing. I want to be a regular, but this experience has turned me off entirely.
Instead of offering an apology she only made excuses. Accused me of not having an appointment, and acted like it was my fault for not coming earlier if I had to leave.
I’m here to leave a one star review and I’m uncertain if I will go back.
I have read the reviews and while most are 5 star, there are others, like me, who had to wait unfairly, were ignored, and were offered excuses instead of accountability.

I just got my nails done by Nancy. She did such a fantastic job with designing my nails. I am so happy with how they turned out. The staff here is also very friendly. What a wonderful service. Definitely gonna get my nails done here again. 10/10 recommend!

I had called and booked for 2pm for Eyebrows, pedicure and dip powder manicure. I got to the spa at 2.03pm. I was told to wait on the couch. After sometime I was asked what services I wanted and I told the lady that I had booked for the 3 services. I was told to sit on the pedicure seat and after few minutes a lady came and asked again which pedicure I wanted and I told her and she started working on my toes. The lady who normally does my dip powder came and looked at my fingers and brought a towel and I thought she wanted to start working on them but alas, some 2 ladies walked in and the lady who was to start working on my hands left me and went to start doing pedicure to the ladies who had just come. After few minutes another came in and all the ladies plus the one who was working on my toes finished removing my old polish and left to go and do the toes who came. After me 4 clients came and I was left alone. When I asked why they have all left they talked in their language between them and I was ignored. That's the time I turned on my translator because I could tell they were talking about me. Anyway, one lady came and painted my toes whilst still talking especially to the male staff. To cut the story short all the clients who came after me were prioritized. I have gone to this spa for the last 3 years and I have noted am always looked down and I guess it's because most of the time I go there am treated unfairly when uncoloured clients unlike me colored come in everything changes especially when Heather ain't around
I got my pedicure and manicure but no eyebrows. Enough of disrespect
Never going there again!!

I've been coming here for thr past 6 months now. I've had lots of good experiences. Nancy painted my nails today and she took her time and I really liked the outcome of my nails today.

I love getting my nails done by Cathy, she always does such an amazing job and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She never rushes, and always asks how if you like what shes done as shes doing it! Overall great experience every visit!!!

I'm not sure what's happened within the last few months but the quality in service here has really changed and doesnt help with the price. My sets here used to last 2-3 months, with no broken nails or chips but I just came here last week, and so far, both my thumbs have had to be fixed (the color is completely wrong on one but i just didnt bother going back after being charged the second time for the same issue- i went 2x within the first 3 days), both pointers and my right thumb are already lifting, to the point that i super glued my left pointer back on, and am on the same path with the other 2 because it doesnt make sense to keep going back for the same issues. Its a shame because the technicians here are really sweet, and the service is amazing, but the quality is keeping me from making a return. I hope it was just a quality error but thats $100 down the drain ($80 set, $16 tip, $6 nail fix)
