The quote was reasonable and I got a good product as a result. I had an appointment and the wait was not long. I waited for my car. The headlight bulb replaced with an LED was what they recommended. Very happy with the results. Thank you.

Eric is one of the most helping person I have ever met in his line of business. His shop is a very honest place. He treats u like family in how he takes care of his customers. There r so many shops that will take advantage of a woman when she comes into their shop. They tell her that this is wrong, that's wrong n she shouldn't drive the vehicle till this work is done or it could cause an accident. Eric is no where this type of business. I would recommend his shop to every woman i meet who needs work done on her car. Especially a senior citizen such as myself. Thank u Eric ur team of mechanics for doing such a great job. Spur of the moment one morning going into a warm weekend I was inspired to try to get our car’s A/C fixed. I was able to make an appointment for that day, get diagnosed, and get the part needed and replaced before end of the day. Very thankful for the repair and its timeliness!

During my annual service I realized my brake pads were at 1 mm and having a trip planned for the very next day I went to Meineke and Erik took the time, looked at my information gave me a quote And ordered the brake pads all within five minutes of me walking in the door. I came in the very next day and as promised he had The brake pads installed and me on my way in two hours. These guys are tiptop and I really wanna think all of them especially Erik.

When it comes down to it, this is a top tier shop and I greatly appreciate every member of that crew. Never had a bad interaction, and have gladly answered all of my questions. Kept me running for years and is the best of all options in the area imo.

Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I came here to get my AC repaired, as I am pregnant with twins and can’t be overheating in 80 degree weather. I trusted the mechanics here to fix my AC so I could drive without worry of overheating. I spent a little under $400 to have them inspect the air conditioning system leak and evacuate and recharge the AC system. Nothing was repaired, and I’m an overheating pregnant woman. I came back in hopes that they’d spare me and actually resolve the issues here, or just refund my money because it was a total waste, but no. I will never be returning here and do not recommend Meineke. Spent $400 dollars for them to tinker in my car and got absolutely no solution out of it. I even confirmed over the phone with the manager that this was the only leak and issue to fix the AC and he had confirmed that it would in fact be fixed.

I made an appointment and had a hard time figuring out a spot to park my car because the lot was chaos. And then it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. A warning would have been nice, as I've been recovering from a spinal surgery and waiting until ? in their run down lobby with no amenities (they were working on putting in a Keurig table) in uncomfortable chairs was -something else-. Meanwhile, everybody was huffing and puffing and swearing up a storm. The only person there with a positive attitude seemed to be Tate (keep being rad, Tate). I've never had to wait so long for a scheduled oil change before, and even then, like I said, a heads up would have been nice. They didn't hesitate to recommend 7 additional services though. (I'll double check this elsewhere.) Now I'm going to be paying for this with pain the rest of the day. Would not recommend.

While on vacation( 1900 miles from home), my transmission went out. This shop was in my warranty network, upon dropping it off, I was told no issue they could handle all work that was needed. After 34 days of them having it, claim approved with warranty, numerous lies from the shop "manager" Tate. They called the warranty company and said they could no longer do the repairs, Tate told me that 2 days prior that they were almost done with the transmission repair. I had my car towed to a different shop, which told me 2 of the 3 major repairs this shop was saying was needed, were in fact not needed at all. It was also noted that they attempted to put an additive in the transmission, other shop said it would have been a bandaid if it had worked. I would avoid this shop at all cost!!!
