Terrible customer service. It took weeks for them to respond to me and by the time they did, my wedding has passed and I was out $600 for a dress I couldn't wear. I ordered online a few weeks before my wedding. The dress was in stock but showing a 10 day ship time. I contacted them and paid for expediting shipping. Upon receiving, the dress was constructed weird and the quality was not up to par. I reached out about an exchange and got crickets for weeks. I continuously called and emailed and they just kept bouncing me around to other people. Once I finally got a response, they told me I could only have store credit - which would have been fine if they had responded in a timely manner and I had time to exchange before my wedding. However, my wedding had passed and they were unwilling to issue a refund even though their poor customer service had resulted in me being unable to use the store credit. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

I finally tried on the prom dress I have been looking at for months and I absolutely love it. Salena has been so helpful and on top of everything I need in order to get my dress and alterations in time for my prom in a couple months. They have such a colorful, wide selection and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a fast, responsive bridal dress store.

Had a horrible time here, after making an appointment for 50$ they acted inconvienced when we arrived and did not greet us. After explaining that we had an appointment, they didn't even know what our appointment was for and just started grabbing random dresses that were ugly and the wrong size for us to try on. The dresses were poor quality and they mentioned that they rip easily. They sales associate was rude and aggressive with violating our personal space and continued to grab our bodies after repeatedly being asked not to. There is a small selection of very very unattractive cheap dresses. Save yourself and go elsewhere. We went to pretty parlor right after, with no appointment and were treated amazing right through the door. They had a huge selection of beautiful dresses and accessories. Avoid Nadias if you can.

Giving 2 stars as the first time we went there we had great help found a great dress, however something changed since December, as we walked in, outlines what we were looking for, then one of the staff went over to my daughter and informed her she would be charged $35.00 for trying on dresses. She was quickly handed 2 dresses to try on, without listening to what she was looking for, and being told she would need to pay $35.00. What a turn off! So as we went to leave, another lady quietly tried to recover the loss, and started asking questions about what we were looking for, the timeline, and saying she could make us something. Totally bad experience this time! What happened??

Wasn't a great experience. Paid $70 to try on prom dresses. There was a very small selection of prom dresses. The store was geared more towards bride/wedding. The dresses selected for the girls were not at all what they showed employee for inspiration. We ended up leaving after only trying a few dresses. The gal working was nice enough, she just didn't seem to care much. We did not get the experience we were hoping for.

Would NOT recommend if looking for a prom or special occasion dress. Very limited selection, maybe 30-40 non-bridal gowns. Don’t bother coming in without an appointment. I asked to try on a few dresses at 5:30pm with no other guests in the store. The employee said it was too late since they close at 6pm. There’s no way it takes more than 5 minutes to take on and off one dress; I easily could have tried on 4 dresses in that time frame. I work a 9-5 so getting to the store was already challenging but to top it off, the dresses were disappointing. Hoping to have better luck at stores in Everett - I have no idea how women in Seattle find decent formal gowns since this is one of the only stores in the city.

I had the best experience ever shopping for dresses!! I came for a prom dress and left with not only three prom dress options but a winter ball dress and shoes!! They’re the sweetest and most understanding staff ever! I felt so comfortable and I literally cannot recommend this store enough! I’m a senior in high school but I’ll definitely come back when I’m getting married because they also sell wedding dresses! Thank you so much!

I went in to get the exact dress I had seen on social media. Nadia was there and was so incredibly helpful and I loved the dress.Here’s where it went wrong. She told me that she was changing the way the dress looked to some degree and that it would be slightly different than the one I had on. It worried me, but once she explained the small differences, I was assured it would be totally fine. She is the designer, so I trusted her, of course.She mentioned how the lines on the front of the dress would go all the way up instead of halfway, and that not much else would change, including the length. Well, I waited many many weeks for it to come in the mail which was also very different than she led on in store when I told her how close my wedding was, which pushed it up to just days before my wedding, and the dress I received was so starkly different than the one I had tried on in store. I didn’t mind that the look had changed with the lines, but by changing what she did in the dress as a designer, I would’ve expected her to know that it was going to change how it fit. It looked boxy on me and I couldn’t do anything about it and had to wear it for my wedding. I live eight hours away and had no choice.In my opinion as a designer, I would hope that she would know that it could possibly change the way it fits and further explain that for me, because I can promise you I would not have purchased the dress.Incredibly disappointed.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service here. I purchased a mini dress as a preorder and shortly after reached out to cancel the order prior to it shipping as by time it arrived I would have no use for the dress. They told me it could not be cancelled and I could not receive a refund. This was extremely disappointing - I contacted them prior to the dress shipping. I understand they are made on an order basis, but assign the dress to the next person who orders that size. I am sure they already received multiple orders for that size this could have been used for. Now in the thick of wedding planning, I have this dress that was hundreds of dollars I cannot return. There was a lack of response via email, days on end. I called and explained I would have never ordered the dress had I understood the return policy correctly. I always make sure to read policies carefully and misunderstood theirs it was an honest mistake.I do not recommend purchasing from a company with this type of customer service and policies.

I came in without an appointment to find a dress for a wedding at the last minute! I was able to find a beautiful dress that fit perfectly, and the customer service was amazing. I haven’t found similar dresses anywhere else. Best place to find evening gowns in seattle
