Saw a manager or higher up member disrespect a staff worker. Cashier was rude when trying to check out when I accidentally grabbed the wrong item.

Until your checkers/managers know how to handle a customer service situation, yelling at a client is not an appropriate or acceptable way to deal with something. Just because you're frustrated doesn't mean I should be yelled at if the protocol isn't clear. Until then I'll continue to call this the Entitled Edmonds PCC

Great Store. Staff was very helpful a new grocery worker was able to assist me and help me find a honey I was looking for. Cleanliness of store was well and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me what I need.
