I got a unit for around $50 + insurance $15.. w/tax comes to $75. This is way more than we wanted to spend already. Just last night I received a notice the rent is going to be increasing ..so now we are being charged just shy $100 for a tiny 5x5 unit.**UPDATE I contacted Public Storage and they decided to delay any increases to our unit for 3 months. I guess it's something. Still not good enough though. We are probably going to be looking elsewhere.

Rats are in my unit and the eight $400 worth of storage deductible plus max payout for rats 250 if he continue to rent which is 300 plus dollars per month so I move out as fast as possible

This storage manager is absolutely disrespectful, and they are fraud me . Very very bad customer service and theft company and manager called “Hailey” very disrespectful and rude. Never recommend this place

This is a very unprofessional location. There is no real property manager so no one actually returns your phone calls when you have a problem. I've been locked out of my unit for a month and literally no one will help me. It's super frustrating and I regret renting here. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I had a really disappointing experience at Public Storage due to a severe water leakage issue in my storage unit. On 7/22, I noticed water seeping from the ceiling/pipelines and immediately tried to reach the property manager for help. Unfortunately, my attempts went unanswered, and I didn't get any response to my calls.Initially, I had hoped to salvage a few items from my storage, but the situation got worse, and I ended up having to remove everything to prevent further damage. It was disheartening to see my mattress and boxes soaked with water, making them completely unusable. Despite several days passing since the incident, the management hasn't offered any support or assistance. Finally, they got back to me yesterday, and told me they will give me a prorated refund for my early move-out due to the water leakage. But for the damage, the property manager only stated that they do not accept any responsibility for the damage caused. Despite the severity of the situation, I have not received any additional assistance or compensation whatsoever.To make matters worse, I had also purchased insurance as per Public Storage's recommendation from their website, paying $15 monthly. They had advertised coverage of up to $5000, but to my dismay, when I contacted them, they informed me that I could only get $250 back with a $100 deductible. This was a huge letdown, especially since my mattress alone costs $1400.I want to caution anyone considering using this storage facility. It seems quite old, and the exposed pipelines on the ceiling pose a significant risk of water damage. Unless you have no other option but to choose this facility, I strongly advise investing in waterproof covers to protect your belongings.All in all, my experience with Public Storage has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I can't honestly recommend their services to others.

This facility provides limited poor customer service and raises your rent after a few months. I moved out of two units here due to a rat infestation in two diiferent buildings and asked for a rent refund due to the condition but my request was ignored and fell on deaf ears. They said I should put in an insurance claim which would raise my rates
