They never once have gotten my prescription properly. I depend on a friend for my prescription pick up. Promised it before 11:00 a.m. friend had to leave his very ill mother 94 years old. Stood in line for 20 minutes they say it's not ready until after 3:00pm. They are incredibly disrespectful. What if it was their mother that somebody left an hour ago to bring a disabled person they're well needed medication?

I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. EVERYONE here is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. This is also a very busy pharmacy,. Regardless of how busy they are, they give each person the time and assistance they need. They don’t rush people just to get to the next person in line. They make sure their customers understand their prescriptions before they leave. That’s the way it should be. That’s excellent customer service. I wish more people would look at the big picture and appreciate why during peak times they may need to wait a little bit.Huge thanks to everyone who works here. I appreciate you.

My medication can cause suicide when I miss doses. This pharmacy has caused me to miss doses every month since I switched to them. My life is in shambles.App said I had a refill ready, I submitted it. No response. I call them a week later, they said it needed to be ordered and would be ready the next day. No response. I call them today and they tell me they need to contact my doctor to renew my prescription, when I told them their app said I had a refill, they suddenly tell me it's actually an insurance issue!I stg if I call my doctor and none of this is true, I'm just going to sue them. People not getting their medication is about life and death, they need to act like it or quit working in medicine.

This is my third time writing a review about this place, and it’s always due to me being discriminated against, but today Chi has taken it too far with her gaslighting and condescension. I’ve been paying out of pocket for one of my narcotics for over 3 years. Never had an issue paying out of pocket. Today Chi calls me and tells me they can’t fill it without a PA, and told her I’ve been paying out of pocket and need my meds due to my health conditions and kidney stones. She is computer illiterate to try and tell me I haven’t been paying out of pocket and last month was the only time, and it was due to “the urgency of kidney stones”. She didn’t know I had stones until I mentioned it as it’s not the diagnosis on my meds. I call back later and ask her where did she come up with that conclusion when she wasn’t the pharmacist last time. She tried to dodge the question to hang up, and I forced an answer out of her which she said, “it was an example.” No, it’s not an example if you’re telling me why I was able to pay out of pocket last month, but can’t this month, when she wasn’t even there. The PA was submitted and approved the same day, doctor’s office submitted the approval notice, and she still refused to fill my meds. Not sure why this month is less urgent than last when I still have stones. Withholding my medications that I need to try and make me out to be a drug addict. I called around to different pharmacies to see if some law had changed regarding this, because I work in healthcare as well, and always known patients can pay out of pocket if they want/have to. The pharmacies told me that patients CAN pay out of pocket regardless of med. Chi just wants to discriminate against people with a large med list or on narcotics to withhold my meds like this even under a doctor’s order so that she can feel a sense of authority and superiority and make me out to be some drug seeker when I live a daily life of chronic pain she will never understand. I’ve dealt with discrimination and terrible treatment over the last 3 years with this pharmacy, and this is the last straw. The other pharmacist Thong has never given me any problems or a look of judgement. Has always helped me with coupons when I pay out of pocket or other questions I may have outside of my meds. This place is a mess when he is not there, and the inconsistencies of the pharmacy has peoples’ lives on the line when you have pharmacists like Chi withholding medications, all while gaslighting me to make me look stupid when she’s the one who can’t properly see I’ve been paying out of pocket with a coupon for the last few years. Go somewhere else. You can’t even get acute meds without having to call them 10 times to get it filled, and will be judged greatly depending on your med list.

Awful experience. Was told my medicine couldn't be ordered because of a nationwide shortage, for a week straight they told me to "call back tomorrow." And so I finally got fed up with it and called Paktia and they had the medication on hand. These people are lazy and unhelpful. Never again from me.

The pharmacist "Thong" that works here is wonderful. It's really not his fault that the place is horribly ran or under staffed nor stocked. This is the first pharmacy I had that won't fill the medication once the doctor sends it. You have to call them for it to be filled, and even then it's never ready, so I have to call again, or wait in line waiting for my meds to be filled when I called days prior. Extremely frustrating when I need acute medications, or they ran out of the med so I'm left suffering extra days waiting. Takes multiple attempts to get them to answer too. I would like to switch pharmacies, but it's difficult driving when you are disabled and this is this closest pharmacy to me where I also get my groceries. I would choose a different pharmacy if you're not already established. It's an extra headache dealing with this pharmacy.

if I could give 0 stars it would have deserved it. the pharmacy and young manager actually had the nerve to send me away because i had an mental illness with an appt for injections. I was casually given a printout of the npi medical billing code and random info all over it then was given the cold stare and smirk. wow your loss of 2k a month per patient cause word of mouth spreads fast, Safeway. like one person (me) turns into 10, hundred then thousand fold. try multiplying that by whatever…

This Pharmacy is freaking horrible. EVERY time I send a prescription there they either don't have it ready in a reasonable time, can't find it or somehow manage to screw it up. I send it there because it is the closest and most convenient but their incompetence makes it beyond frustrating. You want to get your meds quickly and easily? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If you call after 1030 am, you will wait on hold for over 20minutes. I made the mistake of hanging up and calling back in and my second hold has now reached 21minutes. Would be quicker to just walk in if you're short on time. Would be better to use a different pharmacy if you're insurance will allow it.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. They were sent an urgently needed prescription 3 times but they never filled it or acknowledged that it arrived even after me and doctor's office followed up multiple times. The didn't even ask me how to spell my name to make sure they were pulling up the right information. Do not use this pharmacy.
