I'm from the Montréal area (in Canada if you're unfamiliar), and was visiting family in Seattle. This was my one wishlist activity - to get shoes that fit my extra wide feet from this store! I had excellent and courteous service, with knowledgable staff and they picked out possibilities for me straightaway. An absolute game-changer for me and my feet have never felt so good in shoes!! Can't recommend enough. Normally I can only special order shoes online and find they are difficult to find to begin with. This was an absolute dream come true.

I have size 7-8 feet and they had maybe 3 pairs of shoes that fit my criteria. (Black and sneaker like, and waterproof)Customer service was terrible, there was no offering of help and the clerk was reluctant to help me find items in my size. I had to ask multiple times for help to find shoes and what her recommendation was.The selection was also very small.A year later, the shoes have started giving out. The soles are disconnecting from the fabric. After spending $200 on a pair I expected they would last much longer (I asked about durability and ability to repair), especially since I work in a hospital and they have never been under extreme wear and tear.I would not shop here again. I would be willing to put with bad customer service if the shoes were great but they aren't.

Good service and they have a good selection, for a specialty shop.I've had trouble buying shoes for years. Shoes actually fit well when I buy them here. I'm so happy shoes are being made for feet now, better than ever.Thank you, Wide Shoes Only!Parking is available but horrible...so close to the busy street. We didn't realize there's parking in the back until we were leaving, so utilized that area to go around the building to be able to leave facing forward. I don't go often enough to remember this since I live 2 hours drive away.

Fantastic selection and knowledgeable staff. I’m leaving this review after buying boots two months ago. Love my shoes- they fit perfectly and they’re still in perfect shape after two months of wearing them almost every day through rain and snow

I have been having trouble finding shoes that fit my feet comfortably. Came into Wide Shoes Only and was acknowledged right away. Explained my needs and was treated in a professional, knowlegable way. Measured my feet and suggested a couple of options. When I tried on the shoes, they fit perfectly and are so comfortable that I asked to wear them home! Great customer service!! Will definitely come back and refer to family and friends. Highly recommend.

We were excited to find something for my husbands 9e's, but were quickly disappointed. They barely had stock in 6e and seemed really reluctant to help. No suggestions on where else to look or offer to order something, quite a disappointing waste of fuel and time.

This is my go-to place for all my shoes!! I love it!! Lots of selection, cute sandals, tennis shoes, and dressy ones. I was even able to buy steel toe shoes for my job.
