I started coming here years ago and haven't stopped. Clean, open, inviting and the owners are wonderful! They always have what I need and if they are out they will make sure they have it the next day. I've had no issues returning coils and pods if they don't fit or are damaged. I will forever go out of my way to come here because I know they have what I need & want.

Service was good and place is very clean and well kept and they have a decent selection if you vape fruit or some candy flavors but not really any solid dessert flavors. Lots of disposable vapes. Reason for my rating is cause of prices. Needed to get coils for some vapes I have and for 4-5 coils it was almost $35 with tax. I mean individual coils too not a box. That's way too much for just coils that don't even last a couple weeks. $30+ for a bottle of vape juice for the 100ml size is also just way too high for me. I buy 2-4 flavors at a tim3 and they last me 1-2 weeks. I try to order everything but occasionally I need to get immediately and WA is just the most expensive place ever for any vape products. I can get a box of 5 coils for around $10 online for the real brand and 100% legit and most juice for the same price or less it's just really hard to justify paying 3.4.5 times the price for the same items just to get same day. Would rather support local businesses but when it's literally gonna cost me $100s more I just can't do it. No disrespect to this shop or the owner I understand WA state taxes vape products unfairly and before they changed everything I used to buy all my juices here and coils.

Iv been coming here for years now they haven't always been like this but about two weeks ago I went in and got a dab rig with terp balls and when I went home and tried it they melted into the banger and left a taste in the rig so I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do about it even though it was there faulty product then today I went in got a white gummy vape and trust me I know how they taste out the box as I was driving away I tasted it and relized I had to go back cause it was bad it tasted weird and wasn't hitting my chest like normal when I went back he said there's nothing he can do about it and to never come back cause he Dosent want other customers in store hearing that over all I'm sad but it's more sad such a nice store is going to shit cause they buy from third partys

Huge selection of juices. I went there, got exactly what I wanted, for a normal price which should be considered “good“ when a business is not overpricing. Nothing to complain.

Don't open on time. A worker there tried to jack up the price on tubes to $7 on me when there only $3/$4 normally especially everywhere else plus they charge .50 for debit card use

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean open space with plenty of room to socially distance. Plexy glass barriers surrounding all cabinets so you can still get a close look at merchandise without crowding the sales person.

My 5th baton from this store just stopped working in the exact same way. Stuff sold here has never been reliable- from puff bars, vapes, pods. Great selection for juices but for devices, they cut corners and you're better off taking your business elsewhere. I'd recommend any of the other countless vape stores on 99.
