Purchased a flip phone for my husband, plugged it in upon getting home, warning of slow charge, please use charger included with phone, uh, what do you think I'm using? Over $100 and it's not right ?

Evan provided great customer service! Bought a new phone and he made the difficult data transfer possible and helped out in so many ways. As a customer service specialist, I can safely say he is an awesome employee to have!

I was helped by a gentleman named Austin, who had excellent customer service. He walked me through every process and made sure that I understood. He tried to help me as much as possible to give me the best deal and exceptional customer service. I believe people like Austin working with T-Mobile is what makes T-Mobile a great company. I would give zero stars if I could. I usually hesitate to write reviews because I work in customer service but this was about the worst experience I have ever had. Do not waste your time and goto this store.Nobody helped me whatsoever with a problem that in my mind is why a store front even exists. I broke my phone, I needed to have it replaced or fixed and they sent me away to make a claim online. Felt extremely lazy and unprofessional and there was nothing going on. This whole ordeal has just turned into a nightmare, as the claim is no where to be found and all in all I expect better from a company. Do better.

The agent was polite and friendly for the foot traffic he had first thing in the morning right before Christmas! I will say that their in-store wireless leaves a great deal to be desired and makes new phone setups significantly more difficult than necessary.

Joshua is an amazing employee! He stuck with a very difficult transfer of data from old phone to my new. The store is well staffed. 10 star experience!!

I would give no star. They are lying about cost of the service, do not know conditions of current proposals and misinform customers. Now I need to pay unexpected cost of $250, because they incorrectly explained services. Plan to leave T mobile and super disappointed with their customer service.

switched to T-Mobile over the phone and it was a rocky start went into the store and Jaden helped us out. Experience went great after actually dealing with a real person.

Do NOT go here. This store has lied to me over and over for nearly a decade. I feel dumb for continuing to go back. They told me I would get free phones for adding lines, then a few months later my bill jumps. This is NOT a T-Mobile corporate store. I'm shocked TMobile would let grifters like this represent them. This store is a group of scammers, honestly, that's what they are.

Don't go !!! I bought a screen protector from this store , and I left believing it was on my phone .unfortunately, my phone got shattered. I took the phone to repair shoe and they told me there is nothing on the phone that protects it .wnr back to the store, talked to the manager ,he wad laughing and calling the screen protector "bogus " and I was teacked and then he told me get out of the store .so disrespectful and very unprofessional. He should not be representing T-mobile at all .

STAY AWAY ! employee name Evan try to force me to buy accessories because is his own policy. Then manager instead help, they go ahead and activate bunch of extra charges to my account, insurance that I never agree or sign for it!.

They have the WORST customer service!!! Employees didn't know how to answer and resolve our matters. The store manager, Mr. Austin, was continuously not available to assist our family and abandoned us! His service is not integrity to us. So wrong!!! T-Mobile HQ auditors are needed.
