“This place was recommended by a nearby self storage business. Rented a van for a move for a couple of hours. It was my first time driving a van, owner was very nice and decided to show me how everything works. They charge a very reasonable amount and do not try to take advantage of loopholes like UHaul. The vans are also in great condition and clean. The entire process of reserving and returning was very easy.”

“William (either the owner or the manager) of this facility was extremely professional and the customer service was down right awesome. Called the day before to let us know that the 26’ truck wasn’t available due to the previous renter keeping it longer than reserved. Went out of his way to call several stores to see if it was available and none were. He gave us the option of the 20’ (which we took because we needed to move out). He even gave us a $50 discount for the inconvenience. Our drop off time was an hour before closing and he called and said it was ok if we wanted to keep the truck overnight and not have to rush if we wanted for no extra fees since no one else needed our truck. What a great place to rent, if and when we need another uhaul I will be sure to bring my business there! Absolutely the best! Cheers!!”

“Very friendly, always has a truck available. Maybe not in the best of shape for long hauls, but good for short trips. If using for moving note the condition of the floor inside before putting boxes or furniture down. These trucks are used by all sorts of businesses. We had remnants of fishy oil all over the corner once.”

“Love this location for my U-Haul rentals! Professional, clean and this woman is so kind and sweet. She makes SURE her trucks are clean when you return them, so they'll be clean when you rent them!(By the way, Google says it's a two-minute walk from Ralibiertos Taco Shop - which is a fantastic taco shop too, especially for their machaca burritos! But, this U-Haul is actually closer to El Nopal, the fantastic, amazing birria taco restaurant a door or two away! Try them, while you're there, parked in that small lot, near that horrible intersection of 4th and 128th.)”

“Recently picked up a truck for a quick move a few heavy stuffs. Book in advance- that's important. My pick up time was at 9am, right when they open. The truck was ready. Easy paperwork and I was out in less than 10 mins. They charge $0.99 per mile on top of the rent. The service was just great. Very friendly staffs. They will explain the policies, process and what to be done while returning. Just one sign - that's all you need; rest is online. Quite a great experience. Recommended this place.”

“Had a very good experience this evening.Walked in wanting to buy a specialty box they had in-stock per uhaul's website. They had the box but the man who helped me (brown hair, beard, glasses) listened to what I was going to use the box for, then helped me find a more specific box which I actually needed for my shipping purpose at another business because uhaul doesn't sell it. He even gave me directions to that other business. Now though he/this location didn't make a sale on the packaging or sell anything to me today, I'll go out of my way to try this place first next time I have need for packaging, storage, or moving needs. This is waaaaaaay more than I've ever received in service from a uhaul location.Thank you!”

“20' Truck was available as reserved. Truck smelled pretty fishy, but was in decent shape and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! She even included moving blankets and a dolly for free, not that I needed them. No issues with the rental, would recommend this location.Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)”

“The 24/7 Uhaul Truck Share service is a life saver! Really easy. Open the app, select your truck along with an appt time and just like that, you're on your way. Returns were even easier. The app literally does everything for you, just click the camera button a couple times and drop the key into the overnight drop box. Great location too!”

The woman who helped us gave of them newest of each, a discount on some of the additional things we decided to get day of and generally was extremely friendly.My brother is a mechanic and looked over the truck before we left and had no concerns. It put everyone involved at ease.This was my first time renting a moving truck. We went with Budget because it was cheapest and so far I've been more than impressed.”
