“This Penske location has consistently been our go-to for truck and van rentals. The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, and the facility itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Every truck or van we’ve rented has been clean, newer, well-equipped, safe, and ready to go when promised. (All fluids & gas filled, truck clean, etc)

They’ve also consistently had a great selection of vehicle sizes and options available (even if the color choices are white or yellow 😅). Whether we’ve needed a cargo van or a larger moving truck, availability has never been an issue.
We’ve rented from this Penske location multiple times and will absolutely continue using them in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable truck rentals, moving vans, excellent customer service, and hassle-free service. Full marks!”
“This was a very great rental experience. I was going to get a truck at the Mount Vernon location, but they were extremely rude and didnt actually have the truck I needed and didnt tell me until the day before I needed the truck. So I reserved a truck online for the Everett location and they were awesome. Gave me a great deal on everything. Thank you very much and I will definitely be returning in the future.”

“Im active military. Best place to store your things with climate control. And they also have P.O. Box for rent. It's betterr than having one with the post office when deployed. The US post office closed mind mid-deployment cause I couldn't pay while I was deployed with limited bandwidth.”
“20' Truck was available as reserved. Truck smelled pretty fishy, but was in decent shape and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! She even included moving blankets and a dolly for free, not that I needed them. No issues with the rental, would recommend this location.Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)”
“I go here to fill my propane tanks. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than exchanging them, plus they completely fill the tanks, so you betcha it's a good gosh darn value!”
“Love this location for my U-Haul rentals! Professional, clean and this woman is so kind and sweet. She makes SURE her trucks are clean when you return them, so they'll be clean when you rent them!(By the way, Google says it's a two-minute walk from Ralibiertos Taco Shop - which is a fantastic taco shop too, especially for their machaca burritos! But, this U-Haul is actually closer to El Nopal, the fantastic, amazing birria taco restaurant a door or two away! Try them, while you're there, parked in that small lot, near that horrible intersection of 4th and 128th.)”
