Perla provided me with the worst customer service imaginable. I called asking a simple question and she rudely and abruptly said she would have to "get back with me". Still waiting.

I've been a customer of U.S. Bank and I've had the immense pleasure of dealing with all employees at the Edmonds, Washington branch. Their superb customer service is top-notch and ALWAYS has been 5-star. One employee in particular is 'Becky' one of the nicest, accommodating advocates who makes the experience a ;five star plus. I have been with US bank for around 15 years. The Edmonds branch is a pleasure to work with - welcoming, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to help you with a problem (they also offer free evening parking in a very handy location for downtown). On a national level, USB has repeatedly been declared the most ethical bank in the country - and during downturns, my investment portfolio has always been outstandingly stable. I have been with several other banks over the years - but USB has them all beat for reliability and great service.

US Bank is fee-happy and it feels like they want you in the negative so they can charge you up the hoo-ha with "overdraft fees" They are NOT looking out for the Customer, go to a bank that actually cares.

Surprised with the negative reviews here but I guess with a bank people will only write negative experiences. I Have a couple of accounts there and always have had good service including having a few documents Notarized. Staff seems well informed and always willing to assist.

This review is not just regarding this particular branch, but U.S. Bank in general. I went to make a deposit through ATM consisting of cash and checks. ATM spit the checks back at me but kept the cash and did not put the deposit through. I immediately went into the bank and was told that the ATM had been doing that all morning. First question, then why had they NOT put an out of order sign on it? I was then told I would have to call the 1800 number to file a claim. Called the 1800 number and was told that the claim could take up to 45 days but that I would receive a provisional credit for the missing cash deposit within 10 business days. 12 days later still no credit. I called again, only to be told they NEVER filed my claim!!! I have now had to file a claim for the 2nd time and am being told I have to wait an additional 10 business days to see my credit. My husband and I will be closing our account and moving to another bank.

Stay clear of this bank!! HORRIBLE. My elderly 94 year old mother was charged $38 fees on a $65 bill!! She had a recent operation and wasn't paying as much attention to her bills. This place is a royal rip-off. PLUS . . . signs of elder abuse . . . I discovered she had 5 US bank Visa cards . . . she didn't even know she had them!! Somebody in Edmonds is trying to make quota and relying on unknowing elderly people to do it.

I have had a personal bank account with US Bank for 20 years. And when the business I work for had such a terrible time with Bank of America we moved all our accounts to US Bank. So I've experienced working with them on a presonal as well as a professional level. US Banks's customer service is always great, their people are great (and helpful). I have never had a problem with this bank or any of the employees there.

Worst service in edmonds. I have been a customer of US bank for over 6 years and now that I am in edmonds I am going to have to dump them. 1st, I went in to ask for help with a credit card, hoping to get another one. I have good credit and just needed to talk to a banker. I talked to a guy briefly and gave him my number and he said he would call me with some information about my request. A WHOLE MONTH LATER I had to go back in! I never got a phone call! Ugh. Ok, so now I have the new card. Wow, was that so hard? 2nd I brought my elderly father along so he could use the ATM while I did my banking. He came in asking for help because he was having problems with the ATM. He obviously needed assistance. The woman at the counter wouldn't even try to understand what the problem was! I tried to explain to her what he needed and, why he was confused, but not listening to me or even showing any concern, she simply said she couldn't help. What the hell? What planet am I on? Talk about crap service. US bank, I can really tell that you care......
