I normally deal with the younger guy he’s phenomenal, he wasn’t out today it was the red head. There was an older lady in front of me that wanted stamps and the red head was rude and unhelpful for her. I go up to ship my package the same way I have been for years the red head is extremely rude to me so I just left. I went to perrinville to see if they could ship got talking to one of the nice workers there she told me they don’t ship I can go to the one in downtown Edmonds. I said I came from there and the lady was extremely rude and the worker said she hears that more often than not.

The post office worker (young redhead woman) on duty on 1/5/2024 left the front area void of any attendant for 10 minutes to yell loudly and repeatedly at someone in the back of the office. Several people who were waiting in the line ended up leaving. She was subsequently verbally rude with those who politely needed service. This Post Office is not a good reflection of Edmonds, and I’m going to the Shoreline location from now on.

Young red head was extremely rude and dismissive with me when I asked if my package had arrived. Sad to see some people are so miserable with their own lives to treat others so poorly.

I arrive, nobody is in line. Younger guy walks out from behind the counter with a hammer and goes outside. Older lady arrives behind me, I tell her the guy just went outside with a hammer while a third person walks into the line. We hear hammering and we chuckle, "oh there he is with the hammer,,,"I ring the bell once.Fourth person walks in, guy has been hammering for several minutes now, I ring the bell twice.Lady from the back yells out to the younger guy outside that she already put a work order in, and to get back inside to help the customer in line.(Short) Lady from the back finally comes out front, inputs the address and doesn't even let me verify the address on the address verification prompt on the screen. I bring this up and say that she did not let me verify the address on the address verification screen. She then rudely responds, "You don't need to tell me how to do my job," Bish- I ain't telling you how to do your job, I was stating that you didn't give me the chance to verify the address as you over-rode the screen in a blink of an eye.Terrible attitude and terrible customer service. You don't need to lash out customers for wanting to verify that the correct address has been entered. For post office customers, if you are tired of the attitude @edmonds, or the wait times @lynwood, I highly recommend driving to the shoreline post office by 185th st. The shoreline po workers are empathetic, compassionate, and actually enjoy their job. To top it off, every worker at shoreline always wishes me a good day upon departure as well.

I’m not sure why people are complaining so much about this location, but every time I went in there, there was virtually no line and service was fast.

The person up front (red hair, did not catch name) was very rude to the customers. She talked down to people and did not demonstrate good customer service (being helpful/kind and considerate). I will go out of my way to avoid coming here again.

Worst customer service, negative energy. . . Shocked by such poor post office service in a beautiful, and friendly city.

Worst ever. Says open 24x7. Never have priority mail boxes or envelopes available. I can see them locked behind your iron gate. Frustrating and annoying.

Terrible customer service. I was yelled at by the same women mentioned in the past reviews simply for asking if I had a package held at that location. It's unfortunate they have her working the front desk.

This is the best office in Edmonds It has a very convenient mail drop for first class and priority mailers under 1lb The "Asian lady" is a little fed up but direct. The other staff members are helpful but shy to work. Place is very clean. Quick. And efficient. To bad they are not open until 6.
