I never got my package and they always said it still vacant, I told them that I did change of address and fill up the green paper. I tried call them multiple times but it never been picked up, and also they said that they knew the house was not vacant anymore but they still skip my house saying it was vacant. I waited from the first of Aug until today I haven’t got my mail!!!

I want to praise the wonderful help I received from Abraham at the Perrinville USPS facility. He spent several hours, including his lunch break, to trace down and correctly identify and rekey our postal box. The problem originated from incorrect information he had been given by a coworker. Abraham deserves recognition.

I’ve never had a problem with this USPS location. My packages are processed the same day and are delivered fast. Super reliable and trustable!

Have been trying to obtain my mail not being delivered, not at post office. Hmmm. Waiting on disability check to survive. Go everyday to hear the same “I’ll talk to the driver”. So I go talk to the driver and he says I gotta note to hold mail you had no keys. Well a week earlier Cameron said he talked to you. Nope not the case. People need to be accountable for actions not just recycle same crap because to lazy to job. But hey put in those EarPods and pretend to work. Where’s my mail?

My package was claimed to be delivered but it was not in my mailbox. I submitted a ticket through the USPS website in the evening and got a call from Marck Lujan, the Postmaster, the very next morning. Marck was super professional, knowledgeable and clearly cared about helping me find my package. He walked me through the entire process, such as what steps he was currently taking to help me, and even what I should do in the event they could not locate my package. In less than an hour one of the mailmen found my package and personally delivered it to my door. Marck even called me after to ensure that I got the package and explain what happened (it was put in the wrong mailbox due to some blurry printing on the label). I am extremely impressed by this quick customer service, as well as the dedication Marck and his team had to help me with my problem!

This facility didn't have the kiosk to print a shipping label for my envelope, but the individual who was working the front was very helpful in directing us to the nearest post office with a kiosk. So, the customer service here was 5/5.

Rude and non existent customer service by the current supervisor. Despite him standing just inside the customer pick up door he refused to allow me to pick up my hold mail saying they are understaffed and wouldn't open again today. This was at 1pm when the posted open hours state 4 pm closing. If the office is understaffed and the supervisor refuses to help customers then his position should be eliminated. Is it too much to ask overpaid management to actually work?

Worst post office. My social security card was not delivered to my address twice! They could not solve the delivery problems associated with my social security card. They don’t take any responsibility and accountability for their actions. They are careless and irresponsible.

Worst post office I’ve ever been too. They just let people stand in the hot box of a lobby. Knowing there is a line of people, they walk away so the next lady had to ring the bell. It’s like they had no idea the lobby was FULL. Or they simply didn’t care.
No stamps are sold here, no signs stating they don’t sell stamps. They also don’t have change of address forms.
Close this place down! Useless place to have open to the public. I had to stand in line to listen to them explain 3 times to a guy about how their system is messed up and they are unable to help him with him PO Box. 15 minutes later, I waited for an additional 3 people to be “assisted,” all of which the postal employees could not help. Every person left here upset. This is a joke of a place.
Close it down. Wasting taxpayer dollars.
Post a sign saying you don’t do anything here. They had to tell every single person to go to the Lynnwood location. Shut this place down.
Please at very least post signs on the door of services that you don’t offer, such as “we don’t sell stamps here.” I’ve never been to a post office that doesn’t have stamps and change of address forms.
It wouldn’t have been a problem if I hadn’t waited in a useless line. When the line starts to get long you should announce to everyone that you recommend going to Lynwood, announce you are not a full service post office. 7 people were turned away, obviously this is an ongoing problem.

Waited in line for 30 minutes (I was 3rd in line), saw me standing there with two heavy packages and said nothing. When I finally got to the front of the line the person said that I can’t mail anything from this location!?!? The building says US Post Office on the outside, but it’s not a post office? I can only pick up items? That’s ridiculous! I’m on my way to the UPS store now. They have better hours and can actually ship your package!

I realize that the Postal Service sucks, mostly, because it’s utterly starved of funding. Yet this is the primary post office for most of the surrounding cities. Packages which don’t get delivered end up here, and the hours and service are woeful. It’s just exasperating.
