We are at the Verizon store now. The staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable and just helps save us a ton of money. We worked with Joseph and can’t complement him enough for what is typically a horrible experience.

Rude, unable to explain how the plans they pitched differ from what we already had, and did not respect my need to fully understand the cost impacts of what they flung at us. I was expected to trust their pitch without question and questions were met with an increasingly sassy tone. Last time I go in to order a new phone, ordering online can't be worse than what we went through. Two stars because at least I eventually managed to get a phone out of there.

Joseph is awesome. Very service oriented and patient with customers, especially elderly and maybe not so fluent in English Korean customers. Verizon is lucky to have a representative like him as the face of the company.

Ordered new phones to be delivered to this store. Got a text they had arrived. Tried to set up a date and never heard back. Found out after calling customer service that my order had been canceled without me being notified.

Some times you can get help and some of the sales people can handle working with a few people but its almost always one sales person that's it. So if you go in and see another customer inside you might as well just leave and go to another location. One sales guy and 2 customers in the store for over 1.5hrs.

They've just lost a customer. We've been with them for years, but after today, we may make a switch. A 35-ish old woman with the "assistant manager" name tag on today (06/09/24 around 4PM PST) couldn't be bothered to help me get a new phone. She said she didn't have the phone I wanted and I had to ask her what phones they did have in stock. With a flippant motion with her hand, she indicated abouts where a phone was off to the right. She did not walk over too show me, even though she wasn't helping another customer. Then, when I asked her if she could transfer contacts, she again said what Verizon *couldn't* do rather than what they *can* do. "It's a liability. We can't do that." Well, what can Verizon do besides hire workers who don't want to work or help customers? And make it really obvious they'd rather be anywhere than working? It'd be great to hire people who are more "glass half full" kind of people.
We went to Apple, where they are SO nice, in Lynnwood. Boy, what a night and day difference, and got the newest iPhone. Even if you keep your service with Verizon because of bundle deals, do yourself a favor and buy the phone somewhere else.
Adios, Verizon.

This review is for Ryan, who helped me with my recent phone upgrade. It was fairly busy and Joseph was preoccupied, so Ryan immediately offered to help me and was very welcoming. I had tons of questions about the promotional deal - it was pretty good, almost too good to be true - yet Ryan was very patient with me and answered everything with ease. Given my last upgrade was years ago, he also walked me through all the specs and details about the current devices to get me up to speed. The process itself to transfer and upgrade my phone took quite a while (not due to anyone) and I even ran into some issues with removing security access on my original phone. Despite all that, Ryan remained cool and patient with me.
I also caused some additional work due to my indecisiveness, but Ryan made everything that needed to happen, happen, with minimal effort on my part. Top notch customer service and overall great human being.
Note: Remove Find my iPhone on your original phone BEFORE you go to the store, because there can be a time-delayed waiting period.

Oh yeah, they want me to buy a new phone... for over 5 years, there were emails once a month, which became once a day until the day I went and bought a new phone! After three hours at the Verizon store, I left without a new phone because Verizon's network was down ! The next day, things were worked out, and i have a new phone. But within less than a day, I get way too many texts about 'deals' and more pop-up messages that I did not get before. Bah. Verizon is as good as it gets in so many ways, and service is one of them, so I still give them a FIVE.... like their employees out in the parking lot to help customers during the C-Virus.
