Jason O. was a life savor! My business lines were down and not one of the customer service operators could help me. I went in to the Verizon store and Jason was like a magician and got all 3 lines up and running. Thank you Jason. I will definitely be back for any of my Verizon needs

So had to go into the store as there was a frustrating issue with my online order for the new Iphone 15. Jason was extremely helpful, patient, and determined to get the issue fixed. Got us all set up on the new plan and corrected the issue with the online order. Wish I just ordered in store, or went directly to him once an issue arose as it would have saved me hours of being tossed in the hold and transfer circus that was endured. 5 stars for Jason, highly recommend his service.

Thank you very much for Jason O's kindness. He helped me use my son's phone again using a Prepaid phone. He may not seem kind at first, but you'll see in a little while that he's a good-natured employee trying to help customers.

The store manage Joseph was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. He offered upgrades or additional purchases but wasn’t pushy about it.

I visited this store to try and get a failed SIM card replaced (At the recommendation of a different equally unhelpful Verizon store). The Associate incorrectly told me it was an issue with the phone and refused to let me try using a new SIM without charging me $10. He sent me to an Apple Store to get the phone fixed. They immediately tried a new SIM card, provided it for free, and the problem was resolved. The incompetence of the Associates at the two Verizon stores I visited is laughable. A Google search and the Apple Store identified and resolved my issue in less than 10% of the time I waited to not be helped by the apathetic Verizon stores.

I went to ask simple questions about my Verizon iPhone. The man was very rude. I haven’t left a poor review in my life but he deserves it. I am elderly and it appears that he doesn’t do “old people”

My work phone died. I walked into this a couple blocks from my home. I waited and waited and when one counter person became available, I walked up to explain that I needed a new iphone. As I was talking to him, another man came up and and said I was going to have to wait because there was some other woman outside the store that had an appointment. There was no sign on the front door and nothing on their website that said "by appt only". This was embarrassing. Now, a couple weeks went by and I got a text from them asking how I was liking my phone. I texted back that I liked it. Today, I get a text, supposedly from the phone store, "across from the Ranch Market, wanting to know if I had checked to see if i qualify for $25 a month internet. This is starting to get a little spammy.
