Everything here is SLOW. Usually if you use the website or phone to refill a prescription, you have to call and speak with someone in the pharmacy bug them before they actually fill it. When you do call, you'll be on hold a good half hour at least. Every time I've gotten a vaccination here I've had to wait over half an hour despite having an appointment and no other people getting vaccinated. This last time there weren't even people getting prescriptions filled most the time and I still had to wait over 45 mins. Most of the employees are nice enough, but there's a high turnaround and they always seem to be short staffed. I think this location desperately needs new management in the pharmacy.

I don’t know what’s going on here but service has gone from bad to unbelievably bad. They don’t answer the phone anymore and even if you wait for text message saying your prescription is ready you will have to wait 20 minutes in line to be told it is NOT ready. Then you get to wait again.

Virtually impossible to get through by phone, and have wasted hours trying to get my first prescription filled here. I’m now 30 minutes into being on hold to speak w someone, and not for the first time in this saga. Agree with another reviewer’s use of the word “abysmal.” Totally unacceptable. Never had this kind of experience with QFC pharmacy across the street. (My insurance changed so I had to move pharmacies, but this one is not the answer.) I wish I had looked at the reviews before having my prescription sent here. Will be switching to Paktia instead.

This place is far and away the worst pharmacy ever.

Terrible service. Staff doesn't pick up phones. Gone in person and just hear the phone ringing endlessly while staff chats. Won't fill prescriptions, and then won't pick up phones to answer why they won't fill prescriptions.

Weird and rude interaction with tan skinned young gentleman in photo department. He was annoyed when I asked what something meant in a photo form I was asked to sign, asked my race, and was annoyed when I asked if I could see large photo prints I got printed before I completed payment. I’ll be sticking to my usual photo store.

Literally the worst staff I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy, the communication is horrible and they are really incompetent.

The selection is good, the pharmacy personnel are very good,I felt like the cashiers could use more training.

Unfortunately the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy is deeply incompetent- they refused to fill my prescription and gave me completely incorrect information about state insurance rules- they even refused to fill it if I paid out of pocket. Both my insurer and provider said their information was wrong, and I am going without medication while I fix their error. Do not trust them to give accurate advice. Get a second opinion at a better pharmacy, they are incapable of doing their jobs.

Good place for the kids to run around and have fun indoors!

This has to be the worst pharmacy in Edmonds. Prepare to wait in long lines, never ever have the phone answered even after staying on the line for an hour, not have your prescription refilled unless you finally get someone on the phone to beg them to, and encounter unfriendly people working behind the counter.

Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are under staffed and I have waited multiple times to fill prescriptions for almost an hour due to staff shortages, computers malfunctioning, or miscommunication saying my prescription is ready when it is not. I’ve shown up to pick up a prescription and have been completely turned away after being told they didn’t even have the medication in stock.
Even the appointments for vaccinations are a mess. I’m currently waiting for a pre-scheduled appointment and have now been sitting waiting for 20 minutes past my time. I should have known better! This will be my last visit.

Long waits. Prescriptions take days.

Called three separate times this week. First two times waited 10-15 minutes and gave up because I couldn't wait on hold any longer. Currently on hold now and it has been 1 hours, 42 minutes. No answer yet...

Always short staffed. High employee turnover. Prescriptions can take over a week to get filled. They will promise to fill a prescription and then
it’s still not filled by the time they originally said.
