A couple months ago I deposited a large check into my checking account, and the young female teller asked me what I was going to do with "all that money?". I just replied "no comment". I should have told the bank manager that I didn't appreciate nosy, unprofessional tellers.

This is the worst bank I have terrible experience every time I come here. They always ask me what the money I'm taking out is for. How about what I spend my money on is none of your business.

Fantastic Branch! Nic (Branch Manager) has gone above and beyond to not only help my elderly Mom get her accounts in order after my Dad passed, but continues to help her with any banking concern she has- he is exceptionally kind and compassionate. The team of tellers and operations people at WF Edmonds have taken care of my families banking for over 15 years with professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. Additionally, we just purchased a rental property through Wells Fargo; MonaLisa was our assigned loan processor and proved to be the most amazingly hard-working woman we have EVER had the pleasure to work with in home purchase! We were in a time-crunch to close the house; MonaLisa worked diligently to make sure this happened ON SCHEDULE and with as little inconvenience to us as possible- she made what can be a stressful time of home purchase into a relatively calm, smooth experience. Thank you Wells Fargo Edmonds for bringing to our community a bank which cares about its customers and treats us as family! Well done!

Not a single customer in sight and my elderly friend (in cane) asked to use the bathroom first, they told her to go to Starbucks! I told them she may not be able to wait, can't they bend the rules and let her use the employee restroom? NOPE! STARSBUCKS! Seriously? The entire place is on surveillance and as if though she can rob the bank of their toilet papers and run fast enough with the cane!!! Rules are made to be bend, com'on!

After waiting 90 minutes for a simple update on my account after checking in with Jennifer the branch manager, I asked a banker to please assist me. He told me that I had to go home and get an additional document that customer service had told me previously wasn't required. I told him I would be back in 2 minutes and asked that I be helped right when I returned and not wait again. He couldn't promise me that and said I'd have to wait and see. I went home, got the document, and returned in under 5 minutes. Another customer came in to pay off his car loan and two of the bankers helped him right away. I saw another manager go in and out of his office. He wasn't with any customers. He nodded towards me a couple times. I asked him to help me, and he ignored me. After another 15 minutes passing, I walked up to Jennifer who was working as a teller and told her I was still there and where was a manager. She got annoyed with me and said that even though she's a manager, she couldn't help with anything because she was a teller that day. They only had her and a young man working as tellers for inside and the drive thru on a Friday and the lines were long and slow because they kept telling their life stories to every customer. I told her that others had been helped before me and I wanted to be helped now. One of the bankers got up from her desk, came over and introduced herself as Michelle and said she would help me in a few minutes. She came back in a few minutes as she said and we did the simple update on my account in two minutes. I needed to do a deposit, which I couldn't do until the update was done. With just two men in line in front of me, Jennifer decided to close her till and start cashing out. The young man working as a teller took a full 6 minutes talking to a customer about her dog and house instead of being efficient. I lost my patience finally and told him to hurry up. The men in line in front of me agreed and said thank you for saying something. The teller still took his time, so I left. I won't be back at this branch and have filed a formal complaint with Wells Fargo against the management.

There always seems to be one here and 1 cashier. One cashier and one banker. Normally it's not a problem but today a girl had her purse stollen so she was balling to the teller for 20 minutes. I'd think there is a point when someone else comes out to help or she's set to the side to help other customers. Luckily the teller was super quick with everyone else. This just always seems to be the issue here. One person at the front holding things up because there is only one teller

I went into Wells Fargo on Edmonds way to have a few overdraft fees looked at. When I went to the teller I began my appeal and the Service Manager called me to her attention. Christina was sympathetic to my situation and helped me resolve my troubles in what I felt to be a thorough manner, as well as help me with a few settings on my account that I wasn't aware I had on--which will ensure I don't run into the same problem. I left feeling taken care of and like my time was just as valuable as theirs.

The Edmonds Way Wells Fargo has been, and will always be my favorite branch. Instantly you are greeted by one of their extremely friendly and efficient tellers, and if you're lucky enough to have The pleasure of working with Jennifer you will understand why. This branch has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I frequently visit another location closer to my work, however I end up leaving regretting my decision for convenience over quality. And I won't fail to mention they're even open Saturdays, ALL DAY! How awesome is that?

Not a big fan. Don't like the big chain banks. Lots of extra costs with no real benefit. The staff here is friendly however and attentive so I'm giving them an extra 2 stars for that.

Unpredictable customer service - one NON-customer service-oriented teller in a rush to complete a transaction rather than provide good service ruins it for the other workers who are more courteous and helpful :(
