The dollar store is right next door. The district manager at this location is a cheap loser who has the audacity to touch my car on the parking lot. I'll let them bury there own grave. I refuse to shop here again. I'll take my business else where.

Negative 10 stars!!! This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had! Without a doubt, hands-down... The worst pharmaceutical experience I've ever had in my life! I chose these guys because of the close proximity to my house. I really should've paid attention to the reviews. Go look at the rest of the reviews here. Everything that everyone has said below is absolutely accurate. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. All of the issues and things that you see in the reviews... Seriously every single one of them has happened to me. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review! And it takes a lot for me to step away from a company. I usually try to give people lots of chances. The other day I tried to call this pharmacy for seriously six hours! Over that six hour period I don't know how many times I tried to get through to these people! They never picked up. So I tried just the front desk of the store itself... same result. I finally physically went into the store, which is kind of a big deal because my car is broken down and I'm physically disabled. After a ridiculously long bus ride, I said something to the pharmacist about my complete inability to contact them via phone. And he said he was short staffed. Honestly, I could go into all the details of how bad my experiences have been with this store, but suffice it to say that everything in these bad reviews that you read is absolutely accurate. And I've experienced quite a bit more. Do not go to this location. Stay all the way away from this location. My medication is not something to be played with or taken lightly. No one's medical issues are to be taken this lightly!!! And when I try and explain this to the staff they become irate AT ME! And talk over the top of me and get rude and obnoxious. Like I'm the one messing with them?!!? Seriously, Rite Aid needs to scrap this entire location, break their lease, move to another location and hire ALL NEW staff. I don't say that lightly! That's a terrible thing to say, that everyone in that building should lose their livelihood! And... I mean exactly that! This is a medical facility. And someone from the government needs to look into exactly how poorly this location is run. STAY. ALL. THE. WAY. AWAY. FROM. THIS. PHARMACY!!!! **UPDATE** Yes, I'm going to be THAT narcissistic ass-hat that reviews his own review... it's necessary. Believe me, this is a public service. I fixed the issue. But just with brute force. I called my doctor, had her forward picture verification that their systems were inaccurate and also had them call the pharmacy. Before my doctor was even able to open a can of... "stuff" on her end, they had somehow "fixed" the issue after the fourth time I came in to get this prescription filled. Seriously, it took four times. That fourth time I came in channeling John Wick. I didn't scream or turn into "Karen." There were other customers and some small children. But I can make silence and wit... uncomfortable. But it wasn't actually necessary. She just quietly filled the prescription, well... she huffed and puffed and was rude about it, but she did it. And the afterwards she got a call from my doctor. The point there is that it wasn't my doctor that cleared this up. It was her systems from the get-go. And she could have just done the right thing to begin with, and address my issue from the very beginning!! This is the day before Thanksgiving. I called ahead yesterday to ensure that THIS VERY NONSENSE wouldn't happen because the rest of my family is counting on me being on point and where I'm supposed to be in some very complicated scheduling. And even after doing the legwork to ensure this ass-hattery wouldn't be involved in this important day, it still was. Seriously. Last time I walk into that building. Do yourself a favor and check out the negative reviews on this location. They're not just a bunch of irate "Karen's." The struggle is real with this joint.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've been to. If you do have the misfortune of pulling into the drive through, expect to wait at least thirty minutes. That is not an exaggeration. And going inside is not much better either. It's absolutely ridiculous. *Update* I was just told that a prescription that they received early in the morning wouldn't be available for pickup until 2 pm the following day. Absurd.

Can I give this pharmacy zero stars? Besides Ilhan in the pharmacy it's a total and utter sh*tshow. RX's take FOREVER to fill or refill now, last one was a week! Pharms Mark and John have left and this store has gone to trashhhhh. If you want to babysit your prescriptions to make sure they're filled, have things filled late or not at all and go to a store where pharmacists no call/no show for work this is your place! Go elsewhere! I'm transferring all my scripts elsewhere.

Used the automated phone ordering system to renew my prescription one morning this week. Message said my order was being filled and to be there at 4:15 to pick it up. I planned my day so that I could be there at the time I was told to pick my prescription up, and when I got there there were 2 other groups in line before me. After 15 mins in line it was my turn and the pharmacist looked up my order and said "Oh we are out of that, you'll have to come back tomorrow". i said the automated system hadn't warned me that it might not be available, it said my order was being processed. Pharmacist said "Maybe you should call first to make sure we have it." I asked if it was possible to speak to a person when I called, or if I needed to go through the automated system. He said I needed to call the same number and press "3" to speak with a person. The next day I called the automated system and pressed 3. The phone rang and rang, and then it circled back to the automated options. I literally called for 15 mins, over and over again, before a man's voice answered, clearly annoyed, and told me to hold. Not asked me if I would hold, but told me to hold. I was on hold for 30 mins. When someone picked up, it was a woman who was pleasant and confirmed my prescription was ready. I went down to the drive through to pick it up and the man who came to the window was the same man as the day before. He was not pleasant, seemed extremely rushed and made me think RiteAid isn't hiring enough helpers and pharmacists for this location to function properly.

I just wanted to offer a counterpoint to some of the negative reviews. I scheduled a covid test; there was one car ahead of me that took perhaps 2 minutes. Then I got my swab, completed it, and was on my way. The woman working the drive-through was nice and clear in her instructions. They used a self-swab. The reviews here had me questioning whether I should reschedule somewhere else but I didn't have any problems.

I was in the drive through waiting for a prescheduled covid test. There were 3 cars ahead of me. It took them over 50 minutes to get through 3 cars. When I got to the window the pharmacist asked what I was there for. I told him that I was there for a covid test. He said 'let me get your paperwork and just to let you know there is one person inside that's ahead of you'. I saw no one for 40 minutes!!!! I'm not kidding, 40 minutes! I tried the buzzer and tried calling the store but no once picked up the phone. After the 40 minutes someone else came to the window and asked how my day was going. I explained that I've been sitting at the window for 40 minutes and she said 'sorry, let me go find your paperwork'. After she was gone for 15 more minutes I called the store and finally someone picked up, I asked if anyone was working the drive through window. 5 minutes later someone showed up with the paperwork and the covid testing kit. I would've gotten out of line but I'd already waited so long and there were 7 cars behind me. There were 3 different workers in the store that came to the window. If for some reason you are under staffed, the staff should at least come and check on the waiting customer every so often so they don't feel forgotten. All in all the staff got through 4 cars in nearly two hours.

Called in to get a prescription filled. They said it would be ready in an hour. Showed up an hour later. I waited in line 36 minutes to get the meds. The staff was courteous but that wait time is unexceptionable to me.

I gave this store two stars because their Pharmacy is absolutely outstanding! All of the people that are working in the pharmacy go out of their way to help you, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and the pharmacy itself is always well stocked with anything I would need. My visit on April 29 (30?) led me to believe that Rite Aid is going out of business in that location. For the last several months, since the beginning of they have definitely been out of many things when I have shopped. I don't think I am exaggerating when I say that my most recent visit had a minimum of 30% of the shelves empty. It was like walking into a ghost town. I was greeted at the door by Kyle insanely polite cashier at the front desk, the Pharmacy was on point as ever. However, walking back through the store looking for things on my way back from the pharmacy, I couldn't find a single thing that I came in for. The floors were dirty, and aisle 25 was absolutely filthy. As in seriously disgusting. I mentioned it to Kyle who told me that yes, they had had a spill in that aisle a few days previously. Apparently it was tracked through the store. But when I asked him why it hasn't been cleaned up, he told me that the store's only get cleaned once per month. I love my Pharmacy, but if this doesn't fix quickly, Bartell's, here I come.

Hi I just wanted to highlight the pharmacist, 'John' at store 22515 Highway 99. He has been extremely helpful in helping me with a myriad of questions over the last year both for me and my wife. I hope that RiteAid can recognize him as an exemplary of what a great local Pharmacist should be. I go out of my way to visit the store specifically for his counsel. Thanks Adam.

It's amazing how inept and incompetent the workers here are. John was completely unable to properly process a return and had to void and re do the transaction a couple of times before realizing he f***** up and wasn't suppose to process the transaction the way he had done so. Yesterday was my first time inside a rite aid and today was my last. FYI his manager wasn't any better to deal with. Had to leave them while they bickered amongst themselves on how to process my return. I ended up just telling them to give my returned money to another customer that would actually use it cause I won't ever buy from Rite Aid again. Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens or CVS since Bartell is being bought by this sad chain.

The Pharmacists at this Rite Aid go above and beyond duty for their customers. I've never had pharmacy care more and make sure that I got the exact right generic meds that I needed. They are always kind and cheerful and they also have a drive-thru! I truly can't recommend a better pharmacy.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Dropped off my teenager to grab a couple snacks. Stayed in my car. It was 8:30pm on a holiday. He came out to tell me I couldn't 'park' in the fire lane. I wasn't parked. He then took a picture of my license plate. It is in a VERY SKETCHY area, so I wanted to be close to the doors, just in case there was an issue. Then JAY lectured my child. Unacceptable. Worst rite aid ever.
