I had an exceptional experience at WinCo Foods a few days ago. While using the self-checkout, a very kind and sweet cashier came over from her checkout station to assist me. I was in a hurry to get home and accidentally left my phone at the self-checkout. As I was walking to my car in the parking lot, she ran outside and called out, “Sir, your phone!” I was so relieved, as I thought I had lost it. Her honesty and helpfulness truly saved the day. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again to the wonderful cashier!

Winco, by far, is the best price around. They are DOLLARS less on some items compared to QFC. Produce can be sketchy and the meat quality is only fair.

I'm a brand new dad and my wife and I had just taken home our son back from the hospital. The first night we were encountering difficulties with my wife breastfeeding our son and he was crying and melting down. We were exhausted and desperately needed to find somewhere that had infant formula, but it was 2 in the morning. Everywhere was closed except for WinCo, which totally saved the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and sympathetic when explaining my situation. They unlocked the customer service area which was closed for the evening, and some customers let me cut in front of line so I could check out early. It really helped us out of a tough spot! So, big thanks to WinCo of Edmonds! It really left an positive impression on us and we won't forget it.

My visits to this WinCo location have always been excellent. They offer a wide selection of food, including various fruits, vegetables, drinks, seafood, and a great candy section. I particularly enjoy the affordable prices and variety of candies available. The staff at the facility are highly professional and articulate, always ready to assist with a welcoming attitude. The overall cleanliness and organization of the establishment are top-notch, however, the bathrooms do not meet the same standards. The unpleasant smell and lack of cleanliI was pleased with the service at the store, but I found the cleanliness of the bathrooms to be lacking. The cashiers were friendly and helpful, even when I forgot to write a quote on some items I purchased. It was difficult for them to remember the codes, but they remained patient and eventually figured them out.

Great place for consumers, only downside is that they don't have much of an organic selection which is probably why the prices are more affordable. Hopefully they start adding more.
I love the worker owned aspect of it as well.

The management Destiny is the rudest employee possible. If you are of color don’t bother applying to this location.She will say she is hiring until she sees you in person.At first u thought it was just me, but I have spoke with other people that work there and she did the same to their in laws. She has told me she was hiring then as soon as I walk in the say you were misinformed and then I have someone else call and they are told they are. It’s absolutely fine because I gotta a better paying job and absolutely love it but they should get rid of her and get some one more professional.
