First time at this store, the service was fantastic. The associate helped swap the gateway for a new one in about ten minutes. The associate was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, making a frustrating morning into a positive experience. Everyone involved with transferring the service from one apartment to the next was great, with a patient and understanding technician. The customer service was great, with patience from beginning to end. The associate gave excellent knowledge, saved some money on the bill and gave the best price and perfect service. Highly recommend this location for courteous and professional help.

Everyone involved with transferring my service from one apartment to the next were great! Ali and Michael were big helps and Oleh the technician was so patient and understanding hooking up my landline! Oleh, especially deserves his 10/10, helping me get things set up!
