Daisy and sari. Horrible experience all around. I came in to cancel my home security.They let me be aware that there is nothing that they can do in store.However to come back so that they can adjust my plan. I asked if there was any way that I can call with them here in store.They advised me no. Customer service is "for customers" very rude. Daisy wasn't even in uniform. Very poor experience no wonder they only have 3 stars. I will not be showing back up here. Very upset about this.

Great idea to put an Xfinity store within walking distance of my home. Bad idea to only have two people staffing it on a Saturday afternoon. No number to take or organization, like the old Stone Way location. Just a dozen or so folks sitting and standing in cramped quarters, waiting for the "I'll help whoever's next" call, like a game of musical chairs . . . #WhoIsActuallyNext?

Hayes : Retail store manager Who has been scammed me to commercialize the phone that I have not interested in. I was getting home WiFi from Xfinity for the deal of $30 for 300 mbps while I was getting my router, he started to talk about their deals which was due in a couple days and if I became their customer I would be eligible to trade my phone and according to his word I will pay just $15 to $16 dollars on top of my home wifi which monthly around $58.87. But I ended up paying $100 monthly. I have been scammed! Even Xfinity is the worst service provider ever I had but unfortunately I’m paying without service or very slow service!! I visited couple times them but now they kind assaulting me! I don’t know what to do!!

Lack of knowledge about Xfinity services. Lack of knowledge of where to find the answers. It is a branded store, not an Xfinity store. More expensive than going directly through Xfinity. For example 25 Months of 2Gbps internet service was quoted as bein $1K more over the contract term of 25 months vs the Xfinity quoted price. The 10 minute drive to Lynwood was worth the $1K in savings.

Terrible store with terrible workers. Spare yourself and do not get Xfinity. The workers here have no work ethic. When asking for an issue resolved, they act as if it bothers them to help and do their job. They refuse to help and direct you to call instead. When asked to speak to the manager, the woman abruptly said no. Please be mindful about going in for help and do not waste your time.

Haise told me my plan would only be $60 a month for wifi with a free phone with trade in. Well they took my phone, my bill skyrocketed up to $125 in total and when I went in to clarify they told me they didn't have a record of where my old phone went. Kaylee then told me to call 611 to try to figure it out and told me its not her problem and to go to a corporate store!? Wish I knew that earlier. Never mind the employee just sitting on the couch watching tv. I wish I never would've worked with these clowns. I'm going to someone else for my Internet and phones, forget this!!!

Went in to cancel our service for a move, Kay was very personable and helpful. She explained the remaining charges really well and got it taken care of quickly and easily.

A close family member passed away very recently and I went into this store to close their account and make payment. The person who was helping me didn't know how to do this, so he went to get someone who I assume was the manager. That person came out of the back room, found someone to chat with, and just sat down and started a lengthy convo with them. Never mind the bereaved person (me) standing there like an idiot waiting to do the right thing FOR THEIR BENEFIT while the manager completely ignores me and keeps on with his social visit. So I left extremely angry. I cannot wait to cut to cord on my family member's behalf (they were always annoyed with Xfinity anyway) - if I can find anyone who will pay attention to me.

Xfinity is the words i went there to cancel my cable and the guy that help me he get upset because i was there to cancel my cable i can see his face he was not happy, he told me my bill will be not to high, and now here i am just finished talking with costumers service asking why my bill was to high again when i cancel my cable two weeks ago when i was talking to this guy. But in general Xfinity has a really bad costumer service when you try to contact them, they really need to improve that other wise they will loose more costumer.
