Had a great experience picking up myl equipment at this location. Was able to get the correct items and was treated with respect. The woman that assisted me explained how we could save $ by switching over cell phone.

2.5 stars. My initial visit was fine, but last night I went into the store to pay cash, because my bank account is compromised, but they had already closed their til. They were doing absolutely nothing. Just leaning on the counter and chatting. So why are you open if not to make money?

I was told I would get a follow-up text with a survey but I never did so I wanted to get on here and take the time to thank Michael and the rest of the team. I came in yesterday so flustered because my SIM card had crapped out at a moment where having a lack of phone was a safety issue. The whole team were so kind and friendly, and Michael went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue. 10/10 I felt heard, I felt taken care of, and I will absolutely be returning next time I'm looking for service.

I went in today to pick up my new xfinity cable boxes. I was given outdated boxes that couldn't be connected. I called customer service since this location doesn't have their physical number posted. I then get some person on the phone trying to get me to switch carriers! WTH! I'm calling to get my cable issue situated. This store needs help.P.S. I. Still on hold!

Why is there no phone number to the buisness?? What's the purpose of having a physical store with actual humans in them, if they can't answer a phone?? Besides buying a car, Comcast is one of the worst experiences as a human you will go through, either starting a contract or asking to exit a contract. My actual review would be 5 black holes, no stars.

Was assisted here twice recently. Once to get my Xfi box to start my service: the gentleman who assisted me was friendly, quick, answered all my questions. The second time I needed to replace a coax cable that broke after my box fell off the desk: again assisted quickly and friendly. Great service!

This location is next to Papa Murphys; somewhat on the backside of the complex. The staff here are very friendly and professional and took care of my service needs within minutes.

Fast, friendly, and helpful customer service. Note: the location of this Xfinity store is incorrect on the map- it is not located next door to the Safeway, it is located next to Papa Murphys closer to 99.

If you’re using Apple Maps, the store is located next to Papa Murthy’s near HWY 99. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
