The ratings on the reviews showed that they cut & color hair, but those reviews are several years old and they don't have any one that performs those services.

I frequent Changes for pedicure's. Lynette gives a wonderful, soothing massage as well as nail care. She open, friendly, and interested in assisting her clients with their needs. I gladly refer new clients to Changes.
