So glad to have found 509 Storage, very near to our new home. First visit today found the gate and unit both easy to access, just as directed. No surprises- and our unit was spotless. There was staff on site, busy cleaning debris (not much of it) with a power blower and also hosing down some areas. Seems like a big win in a stressful moving time!

My experience has been great with 509 Storage! With 24 hour access, convenient bill pay option, a clean and updated secure facility, I never have to worry about my belongings. Communication with the property management has always been easy efficient and responses have been prompt. I would definitely recommend 509 storage to anyone has a need for storage services.

Just reserved and checked out the unit for the first time. Chris was extremely helpful when setting up the lease. The process was quick and painless, theunit is clean and the property is secure and well maintained.

The owners take excellent care of the property. I was surprised to find they had plowed the entire property almost immediately after it snowed. It’s always clean and well lit. The security feels adequate. I like that they do everything online and the units include digital locks.

Quick and easy to rent a unit. Good follow up on phone calls . Polite. Helped us on a holiday weekend to reserve a unit which was beyond amazing ! . Definitely recommend this place !

GREAT PLACE TO RENT STORAGE UNITS. ALWAYS AVAILABLE ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT IF U HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR UNIT OR ACCESS. REASONABLE PRICES, FRIENDLY AND PROMPT SERVICE. BEST PLACE TO RENT IN KITTITAS COUNTY. Very secure units, 24 hour access and convenient location.

My troop (Troop 2300) was searching for a safe easy way to store our girl scout cookies for the season. 509 Storage had a great 10×10 option that would fit all of the cases of yummy girl scout cookies! The amazing team at 509 Storage were extremely helpful getting one set up for just a month of use and made it super easy and affordable. Definitely recommend and will use for future cookie seasons to come!

Easy access 24/7. Clean, secure facility. Rentals can be obtained online, bypassing having to go into the office with 100% of the transaction handled thru the website at any hour of the day.
