I went to get a slurpee after work tonight and the cashier was one of the nicest people I have interacted with in a while. She was great! We need more kindness in the world.

One star is too much maybe negative 5 stars. Ignored waiting for help for some time. Then someone else came up and they helped them. I will be ignoring them from now on and driving a little farther to get some decent service!!!!

I if I could I would give no stars whatsoever the clerk that was in there was very very rude I'm not from town I got dropped off by the Greyhound bus and stranded here for 24 hours and I needed to use the restroom so I went over to the 7-Eleven by the University and the clerk in there was super rude and didn't give me a reason why I couldn't just use the restroom real quick so would not recommend to anybody that goes to that 7-11 because the clerk is rude as all hell possibly even racist they don't deserve any business while that rude clerk is there this happened on May 24th 2025 at about 8:20 p.m.

I had a DoorDash order to pick up from there, and the employees didn't fulfill the order at all, refused to do so, and told me to do it myself. I did my best to gather the items, but they were hovering over my shoulder and telling me to fill the customer's cups with what I observed to be different from the item(s) ordered. They also brought over different cups than what was supposed to be used, and forced me to use them. When I gathered the items and brought them to the counter, they picked them up, slammed them down, didn't tape them up, and then said that I should just carry it myself to the customer. The employee then waved the items in front of my face and gave them back to me before walking away. All the while, they spoke in a foreign language to each other and for some reason got frustrated with me when I couldn't understand them since I didn't speak it. When one of the employees tried to help, the other stuck out his hand and stopped his co-worker before walking over to me and speaking in his foreign language, trying to command me to walk around the store and gather various things for him. I informed the customer of what was going on, and then did my best to complete the order before delivery.

I was doble charged on my D card cashier said that first transaction was canceled but my bank statement shows that I was charged twice. I am from another state I was just stopping for some snacks. Passing through

show low gas prices on sign but pump over charges you, I put 18+ gal in my Jeep and it's a 16 gal tank wasn't even on empty.

Was sold a hot dog that is definitely not 7-11 brand. It tasted weird and wrong. I think they're selling grocery store hot dogs as 7-11 brand.
