I cannot say enough good things about R&R Auto Body! They were awesome at communication from start to finish! Riley was my main point of contact and he was great at explaining things to me throughout the entire process. He set a timeline and stuck to it. (BIG points in my book!) All the staff I encountered were friendly and very personable. I was made to feel like a person, not a transaction! Here’s to hoping I won’t be needing any auto body work anytime soon but I will definitely be recommending R&R to anyone in need for it!

My car was broken into last weekend and I was devastated; I had no idea what to do do and R&R helped me every step of the way. Jody was amazing she was always communicating with me everything that was being done and it brought me so much peace of mind knowing it was getting fixed. They fixed two windows on my car so fast I was amazed. Everyone who worked on my car did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. They cleaned my car inside and out and even vacuumed up the broken glass that was left. I recommend them to everyone they are truly wonderful!

In mid-June, we were in search of an auto body shop to repair our Highlander after an accident last winter. After doing a fair amount of research, we came across R&R Auto Body in Ellensburg, which had phenomenal reviews. After meeting Riley and going through the repair process with him, we were completely won over. The service was excellent, and the quality of the work matched that high standard.
Fast forward to three weeks ago, we welcomed a new dog into our life, and unfortunately, he scratched the rear bumper of the car. These scratches were a bit hard to accept, so I reached out to Riley and the R&R team. Jody, Front desk receptionist asked me to bring the car in to have a look, and my intention was to see if we could buff out the scratches and apply a clear bra for future protection.
When I arrived, Riley personally took care of the bumper—even though he’s Customer Service Manager—and immediately began working on it. He buffed out the scratches, and the bumper looks absolutely gorgeous now. I am so grateful to Riley and his team. Five stars all the way! I would drive from Seattle just to work with R&R Auto Body again. Their service and quality of work are unmatched!

Recommended by Kelleher Ford, R & R exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff, especially McKenzie the CS Manager, are proactive, respectful and responsive. They did an estimate within 20 minutes of me showing up. The auto body repair on my Bronco was completed earlier by several days and it looks like new. I was blown away by the amazing service from R & R. Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed and happy with the professionalism and quality of work! It was a nice surprise to find my car had been washed and the interior detailed also!!! I had just gone to the store to swap out bills for change so I could vacuum up my kids’ mess so I am thoroughly impressed and happy(:

My rear spoiler was ripped off the top of the hatch on my Durango. It flung down and dinged the rear hatch leaving paint missing and a quarter sized ding. Abra did a fantastic job fixing everything, including my rear windshield wiper. My car was washed, inside was cleaned and the repairs were perfect! Thank you!!!!
