My daughter blew a tire late at night. After calling 3 Towing places I reached Advanced Towing Solutions. They were there in 20 minutes. Robert was awesome towing her car & helping her get to a motel . (Motels in Ellensburg were full) Update- her cousin sent over a tire, Samuel from ATS picked her up, changing the tire & got her back on the road on Sunday. Amazing service.We had our 5th wheel monster rig break on the freeway.With daylight disappearing and every rv or auto repair shop closed at 7pm on a Tuesday...we called advanced towing. They showed up in less than 15 minutes.Samuel and Valentine showed up, rigged us up to safely move off the freeway. Got us the part we needed first thing in the morning and welded the hanger back quickly.We are beyond thankful for their help. We are continuing our PNW adventure thanks to them.

I would give this tow company a 0 if that was an option. Roadside had them dispatched to pick up my car and they damaged my car . The tow guy didn’t even care and when I called the tow company the owner wanted to come out and look at it to see if he could buff it out but when I sent him the pics he agreed they were to deep to buff out and now they are trying to avoid our insurance company to avoid having to pay a $827.00 bill!!! Now we have to pay a deductible to fix it !!!!!

If you need a record-fast, professional, and affordable tow; this is the company to call! I suddenly lost all power to my car while driving. Car stuck in drive, just barely off the side of the road on a boiling 90° day - thankfully I didn't wait long! I had an idea of what went wrong.. Being somewhat of a "simple" fix, ATS went above and beyond by offering to take a look and fixed it. I wish I could give ATS 100 stars - I had my car back and running within 2 hours! As a single mom on a fixed income, I couldn't be more grateful for such friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service - Advanced Towing Solutions saved the day!

Give them a call, 100%. Managed to pull a Subaru out of a drift, at sunset, in snow/wind advisory, and drove it in reverse down the forest service road until we could safely proceed. Left no damage on my vehicle, done within 2 hours. They are fairly priced and quickly responsive, good company to have in a chaotic situation.Service: Car towing

Our insurance company called and had this group dispatched to us in April for a tow. Damaged my vehicle and refuses to pass along information for their insurance company to make repairs to my vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE!!!Service: Car towing

We broke down and we're stranded on I-90 164 miles from our destination on a Sunday in intensive heat.We called 7 companies and nobody but ATS answered the phone.
