The vehicle was immaculate and looked even better than when I took it off the lot a month ago. They were extremely nice, friendly, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. “I was on my way from Spokane to Kirkland, WA to watch my son’s final collegiate soccer game when my car died as I pulled into Ellensburg. It was not a simple issue, so I had to leave my car with a local mechanic and find another way to the game. I called Enterprise and Cat Azurin helped me find a car I could drive one way to the game. Not only that, but she drove the car to me at the mechanic’sshop to help me get back on the road quickly. She had made sure the car had plenty of gas and processed my rental in a couple of minutes right in the parking lot. I made it to the game only a few minutes late! The effort she put into helping me was nothing short of a miracle and I will be forever grateful to for keeping me from missing a very important day in my son’s life!”
