Great place to live, quality apartments, clean and well maintained.

These look the same since I went there back in 2002. Can’t believe they charge the same with absolutely no updates and now have no pool :(

Look elsewhere if possible. Owner/operator/only customer facing person is not a pleasant person to rent from. Beware. There are better accommodations elsewhere in Ellensburg for similar costs. The con list is long; no updates as far as I could tell to the units. Cracked porcelain sinks that had been fixed with filler, old oven and old small refrigerator that is very loud at night. Fans don't seem to work and are very dirty in the kitchen and restroom. Heaters don't seem to work well or consistently. Electricity to the unit is very expensive for some reason. One exception being AC units in the living room seem to have been added more recently, however these allow spiders through which is an issue. Owner changes the password on the laundry room door and will not tell you. The laundry is not cheap and have damaged my clothing and bedding multiple times in the dryer. Have also had the drier not run and eaten my quarters. Wasn't worth pursuing a reimbursement from Owner because he is not pleasant to interact with. He is very difficult to reach, is not always available during office hours, will charge you $75 cash for a lockout fee after hours, and complain to you that you interrupted his dinner. Paved over the pool area so there is no pool, and just creates an additional place for people to LOUDLY party at night. Speaking of parties, they are often and they are very loud. You will either live next to older folks who are nice, quiet college students, or loud college students. Roof construction occurred early weekend mornings for several weeks over the summer of 2019. The roof looks great, the pavement was updated, but that was an awful experience to be woken up and interrupted by roofers over the weekend. Again, just no consideration for the renters. I was accused of allowing my gf to move in and live with me in my one bedroom apartment, even though she lives next door in another apartment complex. He was extremely rude to her and forced us to prove to him that she was paying rent elsewhere. It was a disgusting and degrading interaction, "I assumed you were a liar, and I assume everyone who moves in here is a liar until proven otherwise" those were his words. This happened while my actual neighbor had another girl subletting from her against the rules. Owner wasn't able to recognize a car that didn't belong there for months, but somehow noticed when my girlfriend would leave my apartment every day on foot or bike. He does not respect his renters, and that is why He does not receive respect back. He should do the right thing and hire an office manager to interact with this renters rather than himself, but he seems to be cheap and take every opportunity to save money, and charge you. I was charged $180 out of my $600 security deposit for standard cleaning of the blinds and the carpet. You would think he would do that between renters anyway? $670/month for my one bedroom apartment. Rent went from $650 to $670 after one year despite no increase in value added to my unit. I can't imagine how much he has raised it over the years, again, despite no value added to the units. Pros list, the unit was spacious for a 1 bedroom due to the quality build from the 1960's. Close proximity to school. Lots of available parking if you have a car. There are also storage units onsite. Owner also worked with me to have an 8 month lease rather than a 1 year lease so that I could graduate and move out, but still added $20/month to my rent. The complex is smoke free, which is great for those of us who are not smokers. The grounds are kept nice. Owner also reimbursed me for electricity that was billed to me due to me not ending my city of ellensburg account on time which was very nice, and was the right thing to do, although he was sure to mention that he didn’t have to because it was my responsibility lol. That is it, hardly any other positives I can mention. South campus has many apartments for similar rent with better landlords.

I was left without any response, and whenever I called I was told they were closed or the manager was on a 3 hour lunch. Worst experience.

I lived at College Park for nearly two years. Aside from the apartment being a little outdated, it is a wonderful place to live. Close to campus, a small grocery store, and Wing Central. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors are great. The landlord is a super nice guy and the maintenance crew is always making sure everything is in the best possible shape. Definitely would recommend living here!

College Park was a good place to live for the price, apartment was clean when I moved in and was close to both services and campus.

This manager is horrible. Comes in to your apartment unexpectedly WITH OUT notice to “check upâ€. Do not rent from here even though the rent is cheap, facilities are gross and the quality of the apartments are not worth it.

The rent is reasonable and it's a close walk away from campus. It's an older complex, but it's affordable and quiet!

The manager was so mean. Please do not rent the apartment. The other housing were much better.

Never had any real issues in three years living here. Apt manager is super cool and is always willing to help. Helped not only with apt stuff but stuff like jumping my dead car, etc.

The landlord is such a great guy, has helped my roommate and I out countless times from lockouts to dead car batteries. Super close to campus. Nothing fancy but this place has all your basic amenities and gets the job done.

The person who works at their office is mean and sounded racist. He refused to let international student to rent a room saying that "you don't have a social security number" While i just discovered that he has dozens of people renting without social security number. I met with couple of people who live there, and both mentioned how bad the services are. Furthermore, the rooms are so old and small. I don't think it deserves amount of money paid for it, and I don't feel safe paying money to such a mean person.

My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years and have had zero issues with neighbors or management. It's nice and quiet. Like other reviewers, it is outdated but we've had things break and Jeff, the apartment manager was quick to fix them! Highly recommend living here!
