Great selection and quality, but you gotta watch the prices at this one. Some things are a little pricey.

This place has become way to over priced. they do not take Apple Pay my daughter, almost peed her pants because they do not have public restrooms anymore. nor do they have changing rooms anymore. Worst Goodwill. As the checkout clerk was checking me out, he answered the phone and totally stopped ringing us up and made us wait several minutes why he talked the individual on the phone while my daughter was about to pee her pants.

i must say, most of the items in my home are from here! friendly and respectful employees. honestly my favorite place to go shopping in Ellensburg. i’ve always found some goodies! quick tip, if you want to return an item, leave your tag on and keep your receipt! they will put it on a gift card for you. happy shopping! ?

Very dirty establishment and no fitting rooms. Restrooms are indefinitely closed and the water fountain has indefinitely not been cleaned. Most Goodwill's are over priced, so that's no surprise. Dusty.

Lately this store has been a shell of its former self. Maybe I came on a couple bad days.

One of the better Goodwill stores I've been in.

Very polite staff & some prices have gotten a bit better. But I can still go to the West Side where generally things are more expensive but found a second hand over there that has nicer & cleaner items with way lower prices on everything in the store. Their jewelry jars are outstanding over there as well. The jewelry jars were once ok here. Actually, it was better when it was behind a counter. I was recently told that the main person that puts the jewelry jars together allegedly hoards the quality jewelry in their desk.Said person was recently on vacation & the jars were suddenly outstanding for once because a manager found the hoard in said person’s desk. The manager then made jars with mixed jewelry in said person’s absence with the said hoard & suddenly they were outstanding. I saw them after they were opened & was blown away. Now that said person is back off of vacation, they went to pot again. So it does add up. What is this person doing with the jewelry? I’m not paying $20-30 for beads & broken jewelry. There should be cameras monitoring where the jewelry is being stored & jarred. People donated this jewelry to support Goodwill & to be a reasonable price. Buying jars of broken jewelry for $15-30 is ludicrous. So we are paying a good amount for nothing. The last jar I purchased about a month ago was garbage. That’s unfair. Aside from this, love the staff & management. They are super friendly & always polite. And probably don’t know about the jars!

Nearly half the things I have stocked my apartment with have come from this Goodwill. It’s a shame that Covid shut the bathrooms and fitting rooms, and apparently I hear they will be removing the fitting rooms because they had too much trouble with drug users? I mean, that’s an unusual problem to have in such a small town - I’m guessing the GM is probably just paranoid, but I like the store anyways.

Pro: Most employees awesome and the store is clean! Con: prices are rediculious and some Really good employees were let go due to vaccination mandate?

Very rude Assistant manager Brian refused restroom to a customer. Reason being the restrooms in view of the public are NOT public and private for employees only. Brian made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not return.

Bathrooms, dressing rooms, and water fountain are closed "for your safety" but masks aren't required and not a single staff member nor customer wears one.

I’ve always found silver plated stuff. Turn over that tarnished dish. If there is a makers mark or something, I take them home and clean them up. Plus I have been reading some of the other reviews and I have to say their funny. One person complains that there is no dressing rooms, another complains that the staff was using the dressing rooms. Which is it. One person complained that the store was too small, while another said the store was large. People’s perception on what they observe is telling here. Can you trust them to give you honest reviews?

One of the worst Goodwill stores in Washington.NO FITTING ROOMS.....HOWEVER You better be absolutely certain an item fits BEFORE YOU LEAVE. There is NO RETURNS after 7 days, and you can NEVER get your money back, only store credit. And that credit ONLY works in Ellensburg store.

Odd item hold policy. Saw a stack of 6 unmarked laptops that looked relatively new behind the counter. Lady operating the stand said they were unsold but couldn't be shown because she was saving them for a person who called in over the phone earlier to reserve them. Eh suspicious. Didn't know this was goodwill store policy until now.
