When I come here to T-Mobile, the first thing I do is to work with Abigail if I have not been able to make an appointment. If she is there, I always have a smile. She makes me feel comfortable, she asks the right questions, asks what I need before I leave, and I know that when I finish and leave I always have a super big smile. I cannot say enough about Abigail. It would be, in my mind, a bummer if she left, but I know that someone somewhere is going to grab her up. She has great skills. I have goosebumps at this moment thinking about it. She is an amazingly terrific employee. I never leave the store without knowing that she has taken the best care of me, especially because I’m an older woman.”

On a separate date, they came independently and laid a new conduit for our house so we could finally get our Internet hooked up. Fantastic!”
“Today we visited the Ellensburg Verizon store. My phone had an issue with widgets which I could not figure out. The gentleman at the store, Jesse, was very helpful. He knew what the problem was from my description and his own experience in the store. In just a few minutes the problem was solved and he very graciously explained how I could guard against the.problem again and how to manage my apps which had been altered.
He mentioned that my wife's phone might be oone that there was a recent promotion for. She had mentioned that she had seen it too. He took some time to investigate what the promotion was that she was referring to and then helped us see that there were a couple of options that could be pursued. It was a soft sell and he was conscious of what her concerns were and helped us navigate the possibilities seamlessly. We ended up purchasing a new phone for her due to the damage the phone had suffered and the good deal we recieved for the trade in.
