As a truck driver this is the best tire shop repair ever been. Fast and hardworking people. Had my truck and trailer tire repaired in about one hour or less. Thanks

Had a flat tire en route to our cruise. JK was open early. Didn't have the machine to fix our issue but diagnosed it, aired it up, and told us where we could stop on our route. All for no charge. Excellent service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Told me they had a 295/80R22.5 (I was very specific) in stock. When I arrived, had only 275/80 and they tried to convince me they were the same (they are very much not). Even more, they wanted to charge me $900 for the 275/80 - those go for $300 anywhere else.Don't shop here. They are unhelpful, liars, and overpriced.

I had a sign when I saw the mechanic show up to work with flip-flops.....This place is unprofessional, and dangerous seen they don't preform there right work ( torque after wheels exchange).Definitely advise to stay away!!!100 miles after job was done I had to find a place to torque my wheels.

I had a flat tire and I still had to drive 100 miles home through the mountains, they tried to sell me a used tire for $250 so I asked them to put on the spare instead. They charged me $30 to put on MY spare tire. This was AFTER the worker looked at me inappropriately and said I "look good to him"They made me feel so uncomfortable and they obviously cheated me I'm so mad ?

I could have died. I came in with a flat and they swapped the flat with the spare i had on the back and charged me $30. The rest of my THREE HOUR DRIVE over the PASSES was rough and wobbly, but I thought it was just a problem with the alignment. Turns out only 1 lug nut was holding the tire on, 2 were loose and the other was completely sheared off. Thank god it was a sunny day and there was no snow on the road yet. Also ? WOMEN BEWARE!! ? One of the guys who changed my tired asked to take a photo of me as I was leaving…I said no and got out of there immediately. Creepy men who do sketchy work.

My daughter car got a flat yesterday on I90 and this was the only place open on Sunday in Ellensburg. They charged her $30 to put the spare on then didn't tighten the lugs! She drove it home and only 2 nuts were holding it on when she got here. It was wobbling like crazy and it sheared one stud off. So glad the wheel didn't fall off.

Charged my Tesla in Cle Elum on our way back home to Yakima and ended up with a flat 15 minutes after as we got close to Ellensburg. Les Schwab took an hour to tell me they don't even HAVE the tire I need. Ended up calling JK Tires and they said they had one so we drove over with fixaflat barely working and they did excellent work changing out the tire... Excellent service for a truck stop and quickly done... a++++ and best of luck with your Tesla Y you ordered! :)

I came in to buy 8 brand new tires for semi truck, owner of the place told me to wait outside. When I went in to see how far they got and guess what I seen there. This guy puts 3used tires and tells me they're brand new and started yelling at me. I asked the worker why they put old stuff when I paid for new ones and said the boss told me to do it. I wouldn't give him a single star!!!!!!

We had a screw in our tire at 6:45am on Labor Day with 500 miles to drive. They had us in and out and back on the road in under an hour for a minimal charge of $40. English is not their first language but they where polite and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Just called, only tire shop open in Ellensburg between 6 and 7pm (Called at 6:05). A guy answered, hello? I said, "um hi are you still open?" He quickly said "what do you need?" I said the tire type and just one tire, he said quickly, "no". I said, ok bye. Would not recommend, rude, short, and I am inclined to believe the negative reviews.

Should be able to put negative stars. Extremely rude, prices for just 1 ($250 for a small trailer tire just be because they happen to be the only ones open at this time) tire are outrageous.
