Absolutely outstanding service! My experience at this family-owned automotive shop was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. Mike and Jess who run the shop are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly impressive. I highly recommend this gem of a shop to anyone in need of automotive services. Five stars all the way!

Since living in Ellensburg since 2020, I’ve went to Karraker Mechanical Solutions for my vehicle services. When the services were completed my car feels 100% better than when it was first dropped off. I’ve gotten to know Jessica and Mike as great people. I am so grateful to know a locally owned business ran by people who care about the vehicles they putting on the road, and the people in them.
Great service!! and I would one thousand percent recommend someone to this shop for awesome mechanical solutions.

Absolute crooks! I wish I'd known how many others they've ripped off. They've ripped off customers, "friends", other businesses and even kids who did yardwork for them. If they'll rip off KIDS, I wouldn't trust them to check the oil in my car. Small Claims, here we come...

understand people have lives outside of work. i know life gets busy, things happen, and i don't expect my car to always be your top priority while you are dealing with the things life throws at you. but i think it's fair to expect that my calls are returned when you say you will return them, especially when i am left completely in the dark about what's going on. like if you can't figure out what's going on with the car just say that, i even explained that this car has had issues before that others weren't able to identify. but instead i pay money to have you guys fix it almost a month later after barely returning my calls, and then after i get the car back within another month the issue is worse than before. like???? what???? i just feel bad for the poor receptionist because the owners obviously just make her deal with their complete lack of communication. like they don't even tell HER what's going on. and then i call them back after i am having issues again and the owner is giving me an attitude because i went to napa to make sure my car was safe to drive 30 minutes back home? make it make sense. maybe stick to truck rentals.

The reason this is not a one-star review is the mechanic succeeded in fixing my car.However, here is one very good reason to think twice before using this shop: Their highly irregular billing practices. And I am being generous by using the word "irregular."This shop's policy is to charge a $130 diagnostic fee, which is perfectly fine and normal. Upon arrival, I spoke with the office manager (the mechanic's wife) and provided her with a written description of the vehicle's recent repair history, including other issues that the car was currently experiencing. Once she saw that information she said it would be necessary to *double* the diagnostic fee given how lengthy and complicated the diagnostic was *probably* going to be. Probably going to be?How about this for a novel idea: Bill me for the standard one-hour diagnostic, and, if it turns out that is not enough time, bill me for the next hour, and so on.The situation speaks for itself. Hold on to your wallet if you walk into this place.Hands down, the most deceptive business transaction that I have experienced in Ellensburg during decades of doing business here.

Excellent service!!! I would give this ma and pa business 10 stars if I could. My husband and I were driving from Seattle cross country to Louisiana. Our 2013 Acura RDX was having issues with spark and coils miss firing. We also got an oil change to be safe since we were at 20% life. Yes always tune up before hitting the road. But grateful we found this place. Great front desk service as well. Thank you for everything. We greatly appreciate it. God Bless America!!;Services: Oil change

AmazingFinally a auto repair company that is dedicated at doing a good job, most just talk the talk, Karrakers walks the walk. Amazingly good companies are far and few between.Had my motorhome at 4 different repair shops even a Chevrolet dealership (what a joke they were). None could figure out what the problem was. In comes superman Mike and not only diagnosed the problem and fixed that but noticed potential future problems and repaired them with my approval and thanks. Many others would have just left them with future problems coming my way.If there was a rating between 1 and 10 Karrakers is a 20.Jessica kept me posted on what was found along the way and is very supportive and dedicated to keeping you updated.I can't say enough Amazing things about Karrakers.Thank you, thank you for doing what you do.Amazing company and Amazing people.Gerard A.Services: Engine repair
