We had a wonderful experience buying our Bronco at Kelleher`s. Matt and Andy made the experience fun and quick. We were given a more than fair trade in on our used car. It was greatly appreciated that they removed all stickers and glue from the windows, filled the gas tank and gave the truck an overall cleaning before we departed. We will be returning to buy our next Ford from Kelleher`s.

Our experience with Kelleher Ford was great from the beginning. Anna saw us in the parking lot dropping off our Ford Explorer with our dogs and offered to help find us a hotel and personally called around and finally after finding a place dropped all of us off at our motel. The service was great at Ford. They promised our car would be ready in two days after the weekend . And they came through. We appreciate all the hard work to get us back on the road.

I purchased my 2011 F150 used from kelleher in spring of 2021. Truck initially had seized brakes. Kelleher took care of that right away while giving me a loaner vehicle. I purchased an extended warranty through them with vehicle purchase. My transmission had issues shortly after and I continued to drive it. We were thinking this could be adaptive shifting issue and programming. Eventually the issue got worse. I contacted Andy the sales manager and he did all the work to contact warranty. Get everything lined up for diagnostics. I brought my truck up to them on a tuesday. Andy had loaner vehicle keys waiting for me. They diagnosed repairs quickly and were able to replace the transmission in a week and fixed some other issues and made sure everything that could go on the warranty did! It was a process that had great customer service from the service team all the way up to the sales team! Truck is in great shape and I appreciate the extra effort they put in to doing what was right! Also after the purchase i put aftermarket wheels and tires on and Andy offered to purchase my take-offs! Wouldn't go anywhere else! They know what it takes to take care of a community and customers!

Can’t speak highly enough about Kelleher Ford. Our Expedition broke down about 10 miles north of town and we were towed in almost no-notice. The Service team was amazing. From start to finish they helped us quickly get back on the road. Highly recommended for service and support!

Not so happy with Ford right now because the major issue we had with our F250 SD diesel (metal contamination in the fuel) appears to be a well-documented, long-known issue on Ford's part so it should be a recall. Setting that aside, the Kelleher service dept was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. Very pleased there's a 2-year parts and labor warranty on the fix. We were travelling out of state when the truck failed; we feel lucky Kelleher. is where our truck was towed.

Came over to the Burg for our son's Baseball tournament. Truck was shifting a little odd on the pass. Called Kelleher Ford and spoke with Danny in service. He said to get it here and we will take a look. The truck was in the shop in less than 5 minutes. Danny has exceptional communication skills and very friendly. I later let him know I own 2 car dealerships on the west side. He is a great employee for the Kelleher family. Thank you for taking care of me.Chuck CappsAdvantage Nissan

Horrible experience. The Manager I think his name is Fredrick? horrible to his employees and doesn’t know how to engage in conversation without being a condescending bigot! He also acts like he’s uninterested in his job moral of the story. Will not be coming back I took my car and left. If you’re looking to be belittled with the services of your car feel free to come here. Smh do better

From purchasing my vehicle to any service, Kelleher Ford has always been outstanding to work with each and every time. I will continue to buy from them and go to their service department. They're amazing!

The sales support on the day of the sale was fine. The followup from the parts department for a promised part was lacking. This is the first car i have ever bought that i was not called to come in and they would install the license plates. I had to recieve them by mail and install myself.

I was traveling through the area about 2000 miles from home and and had a concern about my truck. I called and asked if they could check it out. They told me they was two weeks out on service work but they would look at it. They pulled it in right away and discovered it wasn't something I need to address right away and would be good to travel home with it. I had called other shops and they told me it could be at least a week before they would even look at it. I am so appreciative they did this for me saved a lot of stress on me. The guys there was extremely nice and helpful .

Took my car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. This typically is an hour long appointment. I wnt to another appointment and was back to the dealership in about 45 minutes. My car was already outside so I thought it had been serviced but when I went in to pay the front counter person said they didn't have the paperwork work yet. So I sat down thinking they'd bring the paperwork up shortly. After about another 20 minutes of waiting I decided to go out to the lot where I saw my car, but it wasn't there. I was confused and as I was turning back around they were pulling my car out of the garage. This was strange and should have been my first clue that didn't do the work I had asked for. I paid the bill and went back to work. Thus was last Tuesday. Today, as my family was driving our car from Cle Elum to Yakima on I-90 we suddenly lost tire pressure and had to move to the shoulder. We had a massive flat that my husband had to change on the side of the freeway. When he took the tire off it was obvious that Kelleher's had not rotated the tires because if they had they would have noticed the tires needed replacing. They were bald on the inside of the tires. Not only did we specifically ask for our tires to be rotated and the service manager specifically told his guys to rotate the tires no matter what (my husband caught them once before after asking for the tires to be rotated and they didn't) but they purposefully did not rotate the tires and we could have been seriously injured. Now I'm not even sure they actually changed my oil. They sure charged me for it though.

Drive to a different Ford dealership ... not worth the damage to your car or the attitude from Fred in service. I'm very disappointed in the service I received at Kelleher Motors; particular from Fred the service advisor. Is he as a manager, I sure hope not. Take accountability for your mistakes and don't try and lie to a customers face. Fred's knowledge of ford vehicles also needs to be questioned, or more so the claiming to be knowledgeable. My journey started months ago when I booked an appointment to have a cup holder (still under bumper to bumper warranty) repaired & a seat belt tab fixed. After waiting a few weeks for my appointment Fred comes out to the vehicle and after a quick 2 min look, tells me that the seat belt tab that has come undone/unsewn is not covered undo the warranty. I wonder how that is when it is still under bumper to bumper; well, he convinces me they won't fix it. I have already come to know that Fred's statement wasn't true. Then Fred proceeds to tell me that they don't have time to look at the cup holder issue because they will need to take the WHOLE CONSOLE off and that it will be an all-day affair. He says he wants to make sure the guys take their time as so "not to scratch the console." Alright, that sucks but I will rebook when I have a day that they can have the car all day, last thing I want is this newer SUV having any "scratches" on the console. Now jump ahead to the day, today. I drop off the car. Fred calls me and hour or so later to tell me good news "they looked in the manual and it only required sliding out the top part of the console, not take off the whole console." WAIT, is that good news for you or me? I've had to arrange to miss work because Fred told me the whole day, months ago. So Fred was too lazy to look in the manual originally to see what it took. And Fred clearly spoke as if he knew what his was talking about, yet he actually had no clue. Now I go pick up the vehicle thinking they must have taken great care to not scratch the console, since its what Fred repeated numerous times to me. NOT! I see that the console is sitting weird... the console just slides in with two prongs, one of the prongs was ON TOP of the console and one was not. And what brought my attention to that was the GOUGE in the plastic console - like the guy tried to pry the console up first. I'm upset because I keep hearing Fred saying, "we want to make sure we don't scratch the console" ... my exact words were "this is ridiculous" Fred looks at me and says "You need to calm down" .... ummmm, I wasn't flipping out, but I think the person with the vehicle that now has a gouge in its console can tell you your lack of caring" is ridiculous." I mean a 10 year old could have put the "pieces" better together, its easy to slide in, right Fred? Did Fred not like a woman's tone, or did he want me to continue to be passive and let him spin his tales. Fred has the car driven into the bay ... he goes and looks. Then tells me to come show him the scratch. I do. He keeps saying "where," like he can't see it, playing d**** He keeps trying to show me how the console "just slides in". If its that easy, which it looked easy: then please tell me why one of the prongs was on TOP of the console. This just shows that NO CARE was taken; not proves Fred's point that its easy to take on and off. Now here's the good part ... the admittance to seeing the gouge followed with "yeah, I see that, but WE didn't do it" ... WTH! Here's the thing, there is no real way for them to fix the gouge ... you all SCREWED up. At least admit it and apologize ... don't deny culpability. My bad is thinking that a small-town dealership would have gotten this right ... its my bad thinking the service advisor knew what the heck he was talking about and that there was this thing called small town courtesy & honesty. I should have, and will from no

I had the best car experience with Kelleher. Everyone at the dealership followed through on quotes and what they said. I was even able to do paperwork digitally so picking up the car was super simple and fast. The team was very nice and I'm thrilled with my new car (my first Ford). It's so pretty and super fun to drive!
