Had my EVO towed recently from these guys and they treated my car like it was their own, very easy going gentlemen that worked with me who was very reassuring that my lowered car wouldn't scrape or come close. Everything went smoothly! Thanks again guys. ?

My tread separated from the tire on i90 headed west. Luckily I made it to a rest area but needed a tow. I called McIntosh Towing and spoke with Tracy. He was so kind and arrived very quickly! Towed me to the tire center of my choice. The ride there was nice and not awkward at all like I thought it would be. Best first towing experience for sure!! 11/10 recommend if you're in the Ellensburg area and need help! Tracy to the rescue.

We were driving through a n o service area and spied some travelers in trouble. They asked us to phone a tow company and gave us all name. Those folks were busy and recommended McIntosh. We called someone else. He didn't understand our very clear instructions and after several questions, told us he was on his way to Seattle. Then we called McIntosh. The dispatcher was friendly and immediately sent a truck.
